To observe the effects of moxibustion on β EP receptor from spleen lymphocytes,HAC oncocytes was used to make tumor carrying animal model. The animals were randomly divided into three group, including normal group,control group and therapeutical group. After finish the tenth treatment of moxibustion, blood plamsa was collected to determinate the transformation rate of lymphocytes from spleen and β EP receptor of spleen lymphocytes. The results showed:after vaccination of oncoytes in mice,the contents of β EP in plamsa was in lower state. While after moxibustion of point Guanyuan, the contents of β EP was increased promply and more higher than that in normal groupl. When the concentration of β EP was at 0.3 nm and 0.6 nm,transformation of lymphocytes induced by ConA with low concentration were both enhanced. According to the observation on density of β EP receptor from spleen cell in mice,there was a determinated in moxibustion group. It suggested that moxibustion can not only enhance the contents of β EP in plamsa, but can play a role of positive regulation in β EP receptor from spleen cells. It can be one of the most important mechanism of immunologic regulation by moxibustion.
