From the perspective of eco-tourism and principles for sustainable development,based on the analysis of tourist resources of Wenxian Manor in Wuchang City,the paper has proposed development principles for Wenxian Manor,and identified its development tendency and tourism project in the general plan,division of functional zones,development of tourist products,organization of tourism route,construction of tourism service facilities,and transport planning.The concept of eco-tourism has been fully integrated into the general plan,striving to achieve the harmonious unity between human and nature in the development of Wenxian Manor.
