A novel pyrethroid——4-allyl-2-methoxyphenyl-2,2-dimethyl-3-(2-methylprop-1-enyl)cyclopropanecarboxylate is synthesized and its structure is confirmed on the basis of UV,MS,1H NMR and elemental analysis.The bioactivity is tested primarily with mosquito and the relation to structure is discussed.
Two new compounds are synthesized from the intermediate 2-(4-chlorphenyl)-3-methylbutanoyl chloride with cyclohexanol and 4-ally-2-methoxyphenol(eugenol),respectively.All compounds synthesized are identified by UV,1HNMR,MS.Preliminary bioassay shows that the compound(Ⅲ) has consierable acaridcidal activities.
