在Windows环境下采用Visual C++ 6.0开发工具,遵循TCP/IP网络通信协议,开发了基于C/S模式的轮胎胶囊硫化机的远程监控系统。对客户端/服务器模式、胶囊硫化机的工作过程进行了介绍,对网络通信和远程数据库等关键技术给出了实现方法。运行结果表明,该系统具有良好的实时性和安全性,具有较强的实际应用价值。
Aiming at realizing monitoring of tyre bladder vulcanizer operating process, a master-slave control system was composed of configuration software and Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC. PLC was taken as slave machine to operating process of tyre bladder vulcanizer. Configuration software monitored the running state of the tyre bladder vulcanizer realtimely, showed data in real time and recorded data in upper machine. The test results indicate that the system with friendly interface can be operated conveniently for automation management. The system can increase the tyre bladder quality successfully for production requirement.
