My home town is famous for its delicious food.Today,I want to introduce our famous food-Taizhou stinky tofu.Stinky tofu,which originally comes from Changsha,Hunan Province,is a traditional Chinese food with a long history.It is said that one day,Zhu Yuanzhang,emperor of the Ming Dynasty,was so hungry that he could not bear it and picked up a piece of tofu which had been thrown.After eating it,he thought it was the most delicious food that he had tasted.Therefore,after the battle,he shared it with his soldiers.Thanks to him,stinky tofu has been known throughout the country.
