Objective To observe efficacy of naloxone in the treatment of pulmonary encephalopathy.Methods 62 cases of pulmonary encephalopaty patients were randomly divided into two groups the treatment group (patients were treated with naloxone) and the control group (patients were treated with coramine and lobeline).Results The time of consciousness recovery and blood gas improvement in treatment group was shorter than in control group.Conclusions Naloxone can shorten the time of blood gas improvement and promote consciousness recovery for the patients with pulmonary encephalopathy.
