This paper first focuses its attention on the study of the reality o f the acceleration and enlargement of exchanges of investment and economic trade between China and ASEAN and the financial support needed,which can act as"dem onstration performance",to promote the establishment of China-ASEAN free trade area as well as the China-ASEAN economic integraˉtion,and then discusses Sino -Vietnamese financial cooperation and its present situation,and finally analyze s its problems with suggestions on howto put the cooperation into practice.
