三维无机-有机杂化骨架微孔材料──[Co_3(BTC)(HBTC)(H_2BTC)(C_2H_4O_2)_3]·3(DMF)·6(H_3O)的合成与结构被引量:13

Compound [Co 3(BTC)(HBTC)(H 2BTC)(C 2H 4O 2) 3]·3(DMF)·6(H 3O) was synthesized under mild conditions and its crystal structure was determined by using single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure was solved by direct method and refined by full-matrix least-square method. The crystal is monoclinic and belongs to space group Cc with a=2.645 3(5) nm, b= 1.670 4(3) nm, c=1\^821 6(4) nm, β=128.16(3) °, V=6.329(2) nm 3, Z=2 , D c=20.200 Mg/m 3, M r= 1 314.744, μ=10.274 mm -1, F(000) =38 226, GOF=0.99, R=0.094 1, ωR=0.257 3.

p型结构的高效有机白光器件被引量:2

制备了一种高效的p型结构的红光有机发光器件.对比发现这种p型结构的器件在亮度、电流密度以及效率等方面都优于普通的器件.将这种p型结构应用到白光器件上,使用红、绿、蓝三种发光材料作为发光层,通过调节它们各自的发射强度来实现白光发射.优化条件后,制得白光器件的最大电流效率和功率效率分别为19.3cd.A-1和12.1lm.W-1,最大亮度可达到31770cd.m-2,在5到11V驱动电压范围内为较纯正的白光,器件的可重复性好.

不同介孔材料固定青霉素酰化酶的稳定性研究被引量:26

Silica mesoporous materials were synthesized and used as the supporting materials for immobilization of enzyme.Penicillin G acylase,an enzyme which was used to produce 6-APA in pharmaceutical industry,was immobilized in the mesoporous materials by the immersion method.The stabilities of the immobilized penicillin G acylase were studied.After incubation at 60 ℃ for 2 h,the activity of immobilized penicillin G acylase remained 80% in the best case.At higher or lower pH,the free enzyme was deactivated quickly,while the immobilized enzyme still retained active.The result of operational stability showed that the immobilized(enzyme) retained 70% of its initial activity after operating for 6 times.These results showed that the stabilities of immobilized penicillin G acylase,related to the pore size of mesoporous materials,were increased significantly compared with those of free enzyme.The improvement of stabilities of immobilized enzyme was significant when the pore size of the mesoporous materials matched the enzyme molecule size.

在温和条件下合成了二维层网结构的无机 -有机杂化晶体Zn(BDC) (C3 H3 N2 )·(DMF) (1)和Co2 (BDC) 2 (C5H5N) 4 ·2 (DMF)·(C5H5N) (2 ) ,并通过ICP和X射线单晶衍射分析等手段对其结构进行了表征 .1的晶胞数据 :C14 H14 N3 O5Zn ,Mr=3 69 65 ,单斜晶系 ,C2 /c空间群 ,晶胞参数a =2 10 5 9(4 )nm ,b =1 0 3 16(2 )nm ,c =1 483 6(3 )nm ,β =99 0 9(3 )° ,V =3 182 6(11)nm3 ,Z =4,DX=1 5 43Mg/m3 ,μ =1 5 71mm-1,F(0 0 0 ) =15 12 .最后的一致性因子为R =0 0 697,Rw=0 2 0 18.2的晶胞数据 :C47H47N7O10 Co2 ,Mr=987 78,单斜晶系 ,P2 (1) /n空间群 ,晶胞参数a =1 0 82 9(2 )nm ,b =1 5 43 1(3 )nm ,c =1 44 2 8(3 )nm ,β =10 1 65 (3 )° ,V =2 3 612 (8)nm3 ,Z =2 ,DX=1 3 91Mg/m3 ,μ =0 767mm-1,F(0 0 0 ) =10 2 4.最后的一致性因子为R =0 0 65 2 ,Rw=0 1888.1和 2的结构都是由无机簇M2 (CO2 ) 4 (M =Zn ,Co)通过苯环连接而形成的层网结构 .它们都存在由 4个无机簇与 4个苯环形成的环 ,其大小约为 0 .9nm× 0 9nm .由于咪唑和吡啶分别与 1和 2无机簇的两极配位 。

介孔材料MCFs的合成及组装青霉素酰化酶的性质研究被引量:22

Silica mesoporous material MCFs with 16.0 nm pore sizes was prepared by using non-ionic block copolymers and the swelling agents, and was used as the support for the immobilization of enzyme. Penicillin G acylase, an enzyme, was assembled in the channel of MCFs by immersion method. The activity and stability of immobilized penicillin G acylase were studied. It was found that the activity and stability of the immobilized penicillin G acylase increased significantly compared to those of free enzyme. The optimum reaction temperature is 60 ℃. After incubation at 60 ℃ for 1 h, the activity of these immobilized penicillin G acylase remains 69%. These results showed that thermostability and durability on heating of the immobilized penicillin G acylase in MCFs was improved remarkably. The silica mesoporous material MCFs with 3-dimensional channel structure is a good support for the immobilization of enzyme.

Organic templates of as-synthesized siliceous,MCM-41 and SBA-15 can be effectively removed by oxidation treatment.The highly ordered mesostructures and surface properties of inorganic frameworks were retained after the template being removed.MCM-41 and SBA-15 obtained after oxidation treatment showed larger pores and richer silanol groups compared with those obtained by conventional calcinations at 550 ℃ in air.The removing ratios of templates of MCM-41 and SBA-15 were respectively 88% and 98%.

CdTe纳米晶-BaSO_4复合荧光微球的制备被引量:4

利用表面活性剂双层修饰技术在水溶性荧光CdTe纳米晶表面先后包覆了双十八烷基二甲基溴化铵和十二烷基硫酸钠,从而在纳米晶外表面引入—SO4-反应位点,以—SO4-为活性中心进一步制备了包覆CdTe纳米晶的BaSO4复合荧光微球.通过扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、共聚焦荧光显微镜和X射线粉末衍射等方法确定了复合微球的尺寸及组成.由于BaSO4的保护,CdTe-BaSO4复合微球荧光的耐酸性比CdTe原液的提高明显.
