The facilities start the process of ageing and scrapping after their production. To study the ageing process of facilities and its pattern and to find an easy and effective quantity index to measure the degree of facilities ageing is necessary for scientific management of facilities. So the quantity index of facilities ageing and ageing degree is the theoretical basis of facilities management.
