The thesis describes firstly the developing situation under the new regionalism in East Asia and its characteristics that appears. All the characteristics are formed in the reality of the current international relations within the East Asia,and the political realism influences the developing Procession of the new regionalism.There being collision between new regionalism and political realism,the new regionalism in East Asia meets lots of obstacles. So a series of conditions are necessary for the further development of the new regionalism in East Asia.
