The temperature is an important factor affecting the stability of electron beam orbits.For almost all accelerators,a well-working cooling system and the monitoring system are needed to keep the temperature constant. In this paper,the temperature monitor system for HLS based on EPICS,including its hardware,software and history database,is briefly introduced.It has been indicated that the system satisfies the requirement of machine study and operation.
合肥光源是以真空紫外和软X射线为主的专用同步辐射光源。为了提升其供光性能,2009年底启动了合肥光源重大维修改造项目,冷却水监测系统是此次重大维修改造项目的一部分。改造后的冷却水监测系统采用美国国家仪器公司(NI)的可重配置嵌入式工业控制器cRIO作为硬件平台,监测冷却水温度、压力和流量,以及磁铁温度和隧道环境温度等信号。cRIO上运行VxWorks操作系统,采用LabVIEW编写采集程序,并采用NI公司开发的接口程序"EPICS Server IO Server"将系统集成到EPICS中。cRIO-9073中的所有软件可通过镜像方式安装,并且采集程序通过一个包含机箱及模块信息的配置文件来自动检测硬件的匹配情况,因此,软件的安装和调试十分方便。系统的试运行情况表明其性能稳定,操作简单,扩展性好。
