Obuective:To research the connection of blood stasis syndrome and [Ca\+\{2+\}]\-i in vascular endothelial cell(VEC) and observe the influence of different compound recipes(Huoxue Huayu,Yiqi Huoxue,Liqi Huoxue) on [Ca\+\{2+\}]\-i in VEC.Method:The rat models were established successfully through feeding them high-cholesterol and high-fat foods.All rats were divided into 6 groups.The model groups were treated by different medinines which were nifedipine,the recipe of Huoxue Huayu,the recipe of Yiqi Huoxue and the recipe of Liqi Huoxue.The blood was taken,and sero-[Ca\+\{2+\}],[TC],[TG]were estimated.[Ca\+\{2+\}]\-i was fluoremetried by means of Fura-2/AM.Result:①Sero-[Ca\+\{2+\}] in model groups was higher than that in the control group(P<0 05).②There was significant differece in raising [Ca\+\{2+\}]\-i in serum between the Chinese medicine groups and the nifedipine group (P<0.05).③[Ca\+\{2+\}]\-i in VEC of the model group was higher than that of the control group.The recipe of Yiqi Huoxue could make [Ca\+\{2+\}]\-i even lower than the others treated by the other recipes.There was significant difference comparing to model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:①When the bolld stasis syndrome happened,[Ca\+\{2+\}]\-i in VEC of rats was higher than that of the normal rats.It also showed that the occurrence of blood stasis was probably due to the reduce of endothelial cell’s barrier function.②The recipe of Yiqi Huoxue could reduce [Ca\+\{2+\}]\-i ,so it had the protective effection on the endothelial cell.
