1-chloro-9-methyl-2,4-diaminoacridine is an intermediate of the natural and active material-Plakinidines.In this paper,1-chloro-9-methyl-2,4-diaminoacridine is synthesized with 1,3-dichlorobenzene as the starting material,via nitration,ring closure by Friedel-Crafts,rearrangement reaction,and its structure is characterized.
