The genus Crossodonthina Yosii, 1954 is introduced and the diagnosis of the genus is provided. A new Chinese species, Crossodonthina choui, from Hunan Province is described. The new species can be separated from all known species by having a unique mandible and s-setae formula. The mandible consists of 5 branches and 3 basal teeth (one tooth is finger-like). The s-setae formula of the new species is 2+ms, 2/1, l, 1,2,1.
A new species in the genus Vitronura Yosii, 1969 (Neanuridae, Paleonurini) from Sichuan Province, China is described and illustrated. An identification key for all the known species of the genus Vitronura is also provided. Vitronura qingchengensis sp. nov. differs from other species of Vitronura in the presence of 5 denticles on mandible, 3 chaetae on tubercle Fr, Oc and De of head respectively, separate Di tubercle of head, and an inner tooth on claw.
