Integration and Optimization of Air/Gas system in IGCC has been studied in this paper.The key factors influencing the integration and optimization and the disadvantageous of theexisting optimization method have been discussed and summarized. The new conceptionof synthetic optimization of flowsheet and parameter is used and modular modeling of thesystem has been built. Some case study has been carried out and some valuable conclusionshave been drawn.
