The article reveals some problems in training creative talents and quality personnel to be engaged in geoscience through analyzing the interviews and seminars and argues that it is imperative to change the concept of teaching, reform present mode of education, and create management system of creative geoscientific education so as to pave the way for the training of creative talents and quality personnel in the field of geoscience.
