随着旅游业互联化,旅游网站已经成为旅游者出行必不可少的部分,从订购合适的旅游产品到对旅游产品的评价,贯穿了整个旅程,网络评论已经成为旅游体验研究的重要数据来源,因此本文通过对乌镇景区在携程网站上的2837条网络评论文本进行相关分析,从游客的评论中发掘乌镇景区游客旅游体验的影响因素,同时针对分析中发现的问题提出乌镇景区提升游客旅游体验的相应措施包括:打造乌镇模式,避免过度商业化;优化景区内部交通规划;严控景区游客人数。With the interconnection of the tourism industry, travel websites have become an essential part of tourist travel. Online reviews have become an important source of data for travel experience research, Therefore, through the analysis of 2837 online comment texts of Wuzhen scenic spot on C-trip website, this paper explores the influencing factors of tourist tourism experience in Wuzhen scenic spot from their comments. At the same time, according to the problems found in the analysis, the corresponding measures to improve tourists’ tourism experience include: creating unique advantages, avoiding excessive commercialization;optimizing the internal traffic planning of the scenic area;strictly controlling the number of tourists in the scenic area.
