Whether an appraisal firm or an accounting firm bearing appraisal qualification is permitted to perform real estate appraisal is an issue the appraisal profession care about. Ministry of Finance and Former State Bureau of State-owned Assets Management has entitled the appraisal firm to conduct such businesses. However, Ministry of Construction and Ministry of Land and Resources, the supervisory on buildings and land industry stick to their permission to assess real estate appraisal market.
