Effect of Zr and Sc on mechanical properties and electrical conductivities of Al wires被引量:8

In order to obtain the Al wires with good mechanical properties and high electrical conductivities, conductive wires of Al-0.16 Zr, Al-0.16 Sc, Al-0.12Sc-0.04Zr(mass fraction, %) and pure Al(99.996%) were produced with the diameter of 9.5 mm by continuous rheo-extrusion technology, and the extruded materials were heat treated and analyzed. The results show that the separate additions of 0.16% Sc and 0.16% Zr to pure Al improve the ultimate tensile strength but reduce the electrical conductivity, and the similar trend is found in the Al-0.12Sc-0.04 Zr alloy. After the subsequent heat treatment, the wire with the optimum comprehensive properties is Al-0.12Sc-0.04 Zr alloy, of which the ultimate tensile strength and electrical conductivity reach 160 MPa and 64.03%(IACS), respectively.

冷却倾斜板熔体处理过程边界层分布及流动传热的理论研究被引量:3

针对倾斜板熔体处理晶粒细化与半固态成形原理,研究了倾斜板熔体处理过程边界层分布,建立了熔体传热和冷却速率的计算模型.计算结果表明,随着斜板倾角和熔体初始流动速度的增大,熔体在倾斜板上从层流向紊流的转变时间减少;温度边界层厚度随着熔体初始流动速度的增加而减小,斜板倾角对温度边界层厚度的影响较小;温度边界层厚度和速度边界层厚度都随熔体流动距离的增加而增大,在层流区,温度边界层厚度远大于速度边界层厚度,而在紊流区,温度边界层厚度与速度边界层厚度重合;倾斜板上熔体冷却速率与熔体厚度成反比,初始流速小于1m/s时,熔体的冷却速率沿着倾斜板长度方向逐渐增大,初始流速为1m/s时,熔体的冷却速率沿倾斜板长度方向基本不变,当初始流速大于1m/s时,熔体冷却速率沿倾斜板长度方向逐渐减小;倾斜板上熔体冷却速率在100—1000 K/s之间,属于亚快速凝固范畴.

石墨烯铝基复合材料的制备及其性能被引量:40

首次提出利用石墨烯的结构特点和力学性能,制备高强度、高模量的石墨烯铝基复合材料。改进了氧化还原法制备石墨烯的工艺流程,在98℃还原温度下制备石墨烯。采用氧化石墨烯胶体中加入CuSO4并还原的方法制备石墨烯-Cu,增大了密度,提高了石墨烯与金属熔体间的润湿性。采用机械搅拌法,在660~720℃温度区间加入石墨烯-Cu,初步制备了石墨烯铝基复合材料,其硬度相对于纯铝基体提高了约40%。

Simulation of temperature field and metal flow during continuous semisolid extending extrusion process of 6201 alloy tube被引量:3

A continuous semisolid extending extrusion (CSEP) method was proposed. Temperature field and metal flow during continuous semisolid extending extrusion process of 6201 alloy tube were studied. During the process, the temperature in the roll-shoe cavity decreases gradually, and the isothermal lines of the alloy deviate from the shoe side to the work roll side in the roll–shoe gap. Metal flow velocity decreases gradually from the surface of the work roll to the surface of the shoe. In the extrusion mould, alloy temperature decreases gradually from the entrance to the exit and from the center to the sidewall of the mould. The extending cavity is radially filled with the alloy. The flow lines in the tube corresponding to the centers of the splitflow orifices and the welding gaps are dense, and the corresponding harness values are high; there are 8 transitional bands between them. In order to prepare 6201 alloy tubes with good surface quality, the pouring temperature from 750 ℃ to 780 ℃ was suggested.
