利用虚拟仪器技术LabVIEW建立了一套可靠、有效的SSRF数字电源中高精密DCCT(DC current transducer)的线性度测试系统,实现了仪器控制和数据采集与记录。软件设计通过GPIB接口进行通讯,友好的人机界面能够方便地进行数字电源DCCT线性度测控,并显示即时的电流值,同时通过RS232控制高精度大电流稳流电源开关与电流输出。Excel格式数据存储通过该软件完成,得出线性度,并为进一步分析DCCT性能提供依据。
The SSRF (Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility) home-made digital power supply controller adopts advanced DSP and FPGA as core and precision ADC as data acquisition unit.The controller which is inlaid in the power supply case is composed of two cards of ADC and DSP.The controller can communicate with IOC by optical fiber through the UART port.The controller can easily change the parameter of the power supply to achieve high stability and repetition.As a replacement of the imported PSI controller,the controller is mainly used in the SSRF media power supply (stability less than 100ppm),and can match all of the specifications.
