Through lots of tests, the disadvantages of com- posite coating in using of bicomponent polyurethane coating such as pin hole and shrinkage cavity were described and analyzed. Not only particular tests of physical chemical properties are need but also the effect of putty on the middle coat and finish coat need consider for the design of bicomponent polyurethane composite coating.
