A New Record Leafhopper Genus Sonronius Dorst(Hemiptera:Cicadellidae:Deltocephalinae)from China

僵蚕醇提物对林木病原真菌的抑菌作用被引量:7

采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了不同浓度的僵蚕醇提物对3种林木病原真菌的抑制作用。结果表明:僵蚕醇提物对种供试林木病菌均有一定程度的抑制作用,提物浓度的升高,抑制率增大。僵蚕醇提物对苹果炭疽病菌、苹果腐烂病菌及花椒落叶病菌的EC50分别为0.048g/mL0.099g/mL和0.078g/mL。在3种供试病植物病原真菌中,僵蚕醇提物对苹果炭疽病菌的抑制作用最强。

Phylogenetic Reconstruction of the Family Acrypteridae (Orthoptera: Acridoidea) Based on Mitochondrial Cytochrome b Gene被引量:6

Sequences from the mitochondrial cytochrome b gene (Cyt b) were determined for 25 species from the superfamily Acridoidae and the homologous sequences of 19 species of grasshoppers were downloaded from the GenBank data library. The purpose was to develop a molecular phylogeny of the Acrypteridae, and to interpret the phylogenetic position of the family within the superfamily Acridoidea. Phylogeny was reconstructed by Maximum-parsimony (MP) and Bayesian criteria using Yunnanites coriacea and Tagasta marginella as outgroups. The alignment length of the fragments was 384 bp after excluding ambiguous sites, including 167 parsimony informative sites. In the fragments, the percentages of A + T and G + C were 70.7% and 29.3%, respectively. The monophyly of Arcypteridae is not supported by phylogenetic trees. Within the Arcypteridae, neither Arcypterinae nor Ceracrinae is supported as a monophyletic group. The current genus Chorthippus is not a monophyletic group, and should be a polyphyletic group. The present results are significantly different from the classification scheme of Arcypteridae, which is based on morphology.

僵蚕抑菌活性成分的提取及其对大肠杆菌的抑制作用被引量:18

【目的】探讨僵蚕抑菌活性成分的提取方法,比较所得提取物对大肠杆菌的抑制作用,为解析和深入研究僵蚕的抑菌药理机制提供参考。【方法】以僵蚕为材料,以体积分数95%乙醇为提取溶剂,对中药僵蚕的4种提取方法(超声波法、微波法、煎煮法、冷浸法)进行平行比较研究;采用超声波提取法,探讨了石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、体积分数95%乙醇、甲醇和水7种提取溶剂的提取效果,采用比色法、纸片扩散试验和肉汤倍比稀释法研究所得僵蚕活性提取物对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的抑菌活性。【结果】以体积分数95%乙醇作为提取溶剂,4种提取方法中,以超声波法提取时的浸膏得率最高。采用超声波提取法时,7种提取溶剂中,以体积分数95%乙醇提取浸膏的得率最高。研究结果显示,不同提取方法得到的提取物对大肠杆菌均有明显的抑菌作用,其中采用超声波提取法,以体积分数95%乙醇为提取溶剂时,所得提取物的抑菌活性最高,其对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.625mg/mL。【结论】不同提取方法得到的僵蚕提取物对大肠杆菌均具有明显的抑菌活性,僵蚕的抗炎作用与其抑菌活性相关。

Leafhopper subtribe Eupelicina (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae: Deltocephalinae)——a new record from China

The leafhopper subtribe Eupelicina and its type genus Eupelix Germar (1821) are reported for the first time from China. A new record species, Eupelix cuspidata (Fabricius, 1775), is redescribed and illustrated from Helan Mountains of Inner Mongolia in China.
