镀铜锌粒还原-流动注射-化学发光同时测定两种价态的铁被引量:11

建立了镀铜的锌粒在线还原微柱,还原Fe3+成Fe2+,鲁米诺中加EDTA增强鲁米诺-溶解氧-铁(Ⅱ)系统的发光强度,同时测两种价态的铁,提高灵敏度160倍,线性范围均为1×10-9~1×10-5mol/L.RSD≤6.0%,Fe3+和Fe2+的检出限分别为3.5×10-10和2.7×10-10mol/L。每小时可测定60个试样,测定结果与标准方法无显著差异。

A Novel Enhancer for Fe^(2+)-Catalyzed Light Emission Reaction of Luminol and Dissolved Oxygen

EDTA was used as an enhancer for Fe 2+ catalyzed light emission from luminol oxidation by dissolved oxygen. As a result, the limit of detection for ferrous ion with flow injection analysis was improved by a factor of 160 by addition of EDTA to the luminol solution. Fe 2+ and Fe 3+ were determined simultaneously with a novel copper-coated zinc reductor minicolumn installed in one of the shunt after sample splitting in the manifold. The reductor minicolumn can be used for 3000 determinations at least. The dynamic range of determination was 1×10 -9 ~1×10 -5 mol·L -1 , with the limit of detection of 2.7×10 10 and 3.5×10 10 mol·L 1 ,for Fe 2+ and Fe 3+ , respectively. The preci sion for determination of 2×10 7 mol·L 1 of Fe 2+ and Fe 3+ was 2.3% and 4.0% (n=8), respectively, at a sampling rate of 60 h -1 . Cr 3+ and Co 2+ interfere. Fe 2+ and Fe 3+ in mixture were determined with satisfactory results. Samples of Fe 2+ and Fe 3+ were determined simultaneously and the results in good agreement with the standard spectrophotometric method. Indications were shown that EDTA functions as an enhancer, Fe 2+ as a catalyst, and oxygen is the oxidant of the chemiluminescent reaction, and the mechanism of the reaction was discussed.

用EDTA可增强Fe^2+催化鲁米诺与溶解氧的发光反应,将EDTA加入鲁米诺溶液中可使流动注射分析测亚铁的检出限降低约160倍,在流动注射分析的试样分流路中使用新型的锌镀铜微还原柱,可同时测定Fe^2+和Fe^3+,该微还原本可至少测定3000个试样,测定Fe^2+和Fe^3+的线性范围是1×10^-9-1×10^-5mol.L^-1,检出限分别为2.7×10^-10和3.5×10^-10mol.L6-1,测定试样的速率为60h^-1,Cr^3+和Co^2+有干扰,测定混合物中的Fe^2+和Fe^3+获得满意结果,测试样的结果同标准的分光光度法结果一致,实验表明,EDTA起增强剂的作用,Fe^2+是催化剂,而溶解氧是氧化剂,对反应机理进行了讨论。
