Model of Calculating Activity of Nitrogen and Vanadium in Fe-C-V-N Molten Metal

The solubility of nitrogen in the Fe-C-V-N system was measured at 1 708 K and the model of calculating activity (action concentration) of nitrogen (N) and vanadium (V) was derived according to the phase diagram and the coexistence theory of the metal melt structure. The solubility expression of nitrogen in the Fe-C-V-N system at 1 708 K was wN=0.058 194-0.010 367wC+0.005 543 4wV. Comparing the computing results with the experimental results, a satisfactory conclusion could be obtained. The analysis of the Fe-C-V-N system using this model showed that VN was present in a high temperature metal melt, which would reduce the action concentration of nitrogen obviously. It was consequently disadvantageous to the removal of nitrogen from hot metal.

Performance of Low Fluoride Dephosphorization Slag of Hot Metal被引量:1

The purpose of the study is to decrease content of CaF2 in dephosphorization slag.The dephosphorization effects of CaF2 replaced by B2O3 were investigated.The dephosphorization experiments were carried out at 1450 ℃ in air atmosphere.The results show that the melting points and dephosphorization ratios change little when CaF2 was replaced by B2O3.The dephosphorization ratios are all greater than 80% and melting points can meet the requirement of hot metal pretreatment.Because of the change of alkalinity caused by B2O3,the oxidation of slag increases with increasing of B2O3 contents.It is beneficial to pre-dephosphorization.As a result,for decreasing its pollution,CaF2 can be replaced by B2O3 to dispose fluoride-free pre-dephosphorization slag.

新型钢包改质剂生产Q345C的应用研究被引量:3

利用生产铝锭的铝渣或电解Al2O3的下脚料配制了一种含铝钢包顶渣改制剂,并将该改质剂应用于济南钢铁公司Q345C含铝钢的生产实验。实验结果表明:该改质剂有利于提高铝的收得率,并稳定钢中铝含量,精炼时能提高脱硫效率,但并不增加精炼过程回磷量,部分还有一定的脱磷效果。生产时添加该改质剂有回硅的趋势,但回硅量不大,能够满足生产要求,并能够降低渣中全铁含量。实验确定最佳改质剂加入量为80 kg/炉。

Fe-C-N金属熔体作用浓度计算模型被引量:1

实验在MoSi2电阻炉内用饱和浓度法测试了Fe-C-N体系氮的浓度和活度,并根据含化合物的金属熔体结构的共存理论模型,推导了Fe-C-N金属熔体作用浓度计算模型。实验测得1 485℃碳饱和的Fe-C-N熔体中在氮分压0.1 MPa时氮的溶解度为0.006 5%,并且计算的作用浓度与相应的实测活度相符合,从而证明所得模型可以反映Fe-C-N金属熔体的结构本质,由模型得出金属熔体高碳含量有利于脱氮。

介绍了钢包顶渣改质剂在50 t LF炉精炼含铝16MnR钢时的应用,研究结果表明:应用试验钢包顶渣改质剂后,在钢成品中铝含量满足成分要求的基础上,加强了钢液的深脱硫和脱磷,并降低了精炼渣中的TFe含量。

Thermodynamic Model for Calculating Activity of Nitrogen and Boron in Fe-C-B-N Molten Metal

The solubility of nitrogen in Fe-C-B-N system was measured at 1 758 K,and the computational model on activity (action concentration) of nitrogen and boron was established based on phase diagram and the coexistence theory about metal melt structure model. Comparing the computed results with the experimental results,satisfactory conclusion can be obtained. The result shows that BN and B4C can exist in Fe-C-B-N molten metal at high temperature,which consequently restrains the nitrogen removal from the melt. However,B4C content is extremely low. Before graphite is precipitated,the influence of carbon on activity of nitrogen in melt is higher in ternary system than in binary system; however,this effect is contrary to that after graphite is precipitated.

铁水预处理脱磷渣低氟化研究被引量:5

为了降低预处理脱磷渣(%:40CaO、52Fe_2O_3、6~8CaF_2)中CaF_2含量,分别用2%~8%Al_2O_3、B_2O_3、Li_2O和白云石替代预处理脱磷渣中CaF_2,研究替代后脱磷效果。在1450℃的实验结果表明,Al_2O_3、B_2O_3、Li_2O和白云石都能替代CaF_2,形成低氟或无氟预处理渣。Al_2O_3和Li_2O替代CaF_2后预处理脱磷率提高,而B_2O_3和白云石替代前后预处理效果相当。
