Mathematic Model of SEN Clogging During Continuous Casting of Steel被引量:1

The SEN clogging is a serious problem for continuous casting operation and steel quality.The kinetics mathematic model of SEN clogging during steel continuous casting is discussed.The fluid flow and inclusions motion are calculated by means of mathematic model.Effects of diameters of inclusions,roughness of nozzle,diameter of nozzle and casting speed on the entrapment probability are calculated and evaluated.The result shows that inclusions are more easily to attach to the nozzle by the following condition:smaller inclusion size,larger roughness of the wall and the smaller bulk velocity in the nozzle.

EMBr对板坯结晶器钢液流动、传热及夹杂物去除的影响被引量:2

采用数值模拟方法研究了不同磁感应强度下电磁制动(EMBr)对某钢厂结晶器流场、传热以及夹杂物去除的影响.结果表明采用电磁制动,结晶器内流体的表面流速增加,对窄面冲击深度减少,结晶器自由表面温度升高,高温区上移而且范围扩大.随着磁感应强度增加,自由液面温度提高2~5℃,这有助于保护渣的熔化,可改善弯月面的钢液流动特性.夹杂物尺寸越大,越容易为结晶器液面所吸收去除,对于尺寸大于30μm的夹杂物,磁感应强度越大,夹杂物越容易被结晶器保护渣所吸收.

Mathematical Model for Growth of Inclusion in Deoxidization on the Basis of Unreacted Core Model

Controlling inclusion composition,from the point of view of thermodynamics,only explains the probability and limit of reaction.However,kinetics makes the nucleation and the velocity of growth of inclusions clear,and these kinetic factors are very important to the quality of slab.The basic kinetic theory of unreacted core model was used to build the mathematical model for the growth of inclusions and the concerned software was developed through Visual Basic 6.0.The time that different radius inclusions attain saturation was calculated to determine the controlling step of reaction between steel and inclusions.The time for the growth of inclusion obtained from the model was in good agreement with the data measured by Japanese Okuyama G,which indicated that the model is reasonable.

宽板坯连铸结晶器内液面波动的数值模拟被引量:12

以安钢宽板坯连铸为研究对象,采用大型商业软件ANSYSCFX10.0,应用VOF法重点研究浸入式水口倾角、拉速、铸坯断面宽度等工艺参数对结晶器内自由表面液面波动的影响.结果表明:随着结晶器宽度从1800mm增大到3250mm,结晶器内液面平均波高明显降低.当宽度为1800mm时,结晶器保护渣-钢液界面平均波高为5.33mm;当宽度增至3250mm时,平均波高为7.08mm.
