During investigation of the chemical constituents of the whole plant ethanol extract of Pedlcularis dollchocymba Hand.-Mazz. （Scrophularlaceae）, four new irldold glycosides, dolichocymbosides A （compound 1）, B （compound 2）, C （compound 3） and D （compound 4）, were Isolated. Their structures were determined based on spectral data Including 1D and 2D-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy （^1H-^1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, ROESY） and FAB-MS.
