Enhanced adsorption behavior of Nd(III) onto D113-III resin from aqueous solution被引量:2

An enhanced adsorption and desorption procedure of Nd(III) onto D113-III resin were prepared with various chemical methods.Batch studies were carried out with various pH,contact time,temperature and initial concentrations,and then column studies were conducted.The results showed that the optimal adsorption condition was at pH value of 6.90.The process was fast initially and arrived equilibriumwithin 60 h.The resin exhibited a high Nd(III) uptake as 232.56 mg/g at 298 K.The adsorption data fitted well with pseudo-second-order kinetic model.Thermodynamic parameters were studied,which indicated that the adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic.Thomas model was delineated here to predict the breakthrough curves based on the experimental column study data.In the elution test,1 mol/LHCl solution could achieve a satisfactory elution rate,which indicated that D113-III resin could be regenerated and reused.Finally,the IRspectroscopic technique was undertaken,and a novel adsorption mechanism was proposed.

响应面法优化提取菊米黄酮及抗氧化活性研究被引量:15

在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应面法优化菊米黄酮的提取工艺,并对菊米不同极性部分的抗氧化活性进行了研究。试验结果表明:回归方程较好地反映了菊米黄酮提取率与提取时间、提取温度和乙醇体积分数的关系。最优工艺条件为提取时间3.0 h、提取温度69℃、乙醇体积分数53%。在此工艺条件下,菊米黄酮提取率为9.45%。回归模型的预测值与实测值的相对误差为0.32%,该回归方程与实际情况拟合较好。抗氧化活性研究显示:菊米不同极性组分DPPH自由基清除率均高于VE,菊米正丁醇萃取相抗氧化活性较佳。

吗啡啉螯合树脂对水中钨离子的吸附及解吸性能被引量:6

通过制备吗啡啉螯合树脂作为吸附材料对水中钨离子进行吸附与解吸实验,考察吸附pH、共存离子、吸附温度对饱和吸附容量的影响,并对其进行了傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析仪(TGA)、电位分析仪(Zeta)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段的表征。结果表明PS-MPL树脂对钨离子的最佳吸附pH=4.0,308 K下饱和吸附量为349.2mg·g^(-1),平衡时间为13 h。吸附过程遵循二级动力学模型,吸附等温线与Langmuir模型较为吻合。通过2%(质量分数)NaOH溶液进行解吸,解吸率达到100%。PS-MPL树脂吸附钨离子具有高选择性、高吸附性、高洗脱率等优点。

Adsorption behavior of Pd(Ⅱ) from aqueous solutions by D201 resin被引量:6

The adsorption and desorption behaviors of Pd(Ⅱ) on D201 resin were investigated. The effects of parameters including HCl concentrations, initial metal ion concentrations, contact time, and temperature on the adsorption of Pd(Ⅱ) were studied by batch method. The HCl concentration for studying the effects was set from 0.01 to 2 mol·L-1 and the optimal adsorption condition is in 0.01 mol·L-1 HCl solution. The adsorption isotherm of Pd(Ⅱ) on D201 resin was determined and the equilibrium data fitted the Langmuir model better than the Freundlich model. The maximum uptake capacity of Pd(Ⅱ) was 253 mg·g-1 at 298 K. The adsorption could be best described by the liquid film diffusion model. The enthalpy variation (ΔH) and entropy change (ΔS) of adsorption were equal to 2.49 kJ·mol-1 and 74.8 J·(mol·K)-1 respectively, indicating that the adsorption was endothermic in nature. Furthermore, the negative value of ΔG showed that movement of adsorbate from the solution to adsorbent surface was a spontaneous process. Pd(Ⅱ) could be eluted with 0.5 mol·L-1 HNO 3 solution. Thomas model was applied to experimental column data to determine the characteristic parameters of the column useful for process design.
