目的:探讨抗高血压药物治疗的依从性,并确定其潜在的影响因素,以期为高血压病患者的血压管理提供指导。方法:纳入2016年1月至2018年8月于战略支援部队特色医学中心就诊的282例高血压病患者,与患者进行面对面问卷调查,记录人口统计学特征、高血压病患病时间、自觉症状、合并症、所用抗高血压药的种类和数量及药品不良反应等。采用Morisky服药依从性测量量表(morisky medication adherence scale-8 items,MMAS-8)评估患者依从性。结果:282例高血压病患者中,57.80%(163例)的患者依从性较好,42.20%(119例)的患者依从性不佳。多变量分析结果显示,出现药品不良反应与依从性呈负相关( P <0.05);有合并症及受教育程度高与依从性呈正相关( P <0.05);应用血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂、钙通道阻滞剂及β受体阻断剂的患者依从性高( P <0.05)。依从性不佳患者的血压控制情况明显差于依从性较好的患者,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论:抗高血压药物治疗的总体依从性有待加强,医疗人员可以根据依从性危险因素有针对性地采取干预措施,并进行抗高血压治疗方案的调整。
Objective:To study the effect of cordycepin on proliferation, apoptosis and invasion-related molecule expression in lung cancer cell lines A549. Methods:Lung cancer cell lines A549 were cultured and treated with different doses of cordycepin (0, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 and 4.0 ng/mL) for 24 h, and then the proliferation, apoptosis and invasion-related molecule mRNA expression in cells were detected. Results:After 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 and 4.0 ng/mL cordycepin treatment, Caspase-3, Caspase-8, NOX1 and LATS1 mRNA expression were significantly higher than those after 0 ng/mL cordycepin treatment (P<0.05) while CyclinD1, Bcl-2, c-Myc, c-FLIP, TRAF6, N-cadherin and Vimentin mRNA expression were significantly lower than those after 0 ng/mL cordycepin treatment (P<0.05). The greater the cordycepin dosage, the higher the Caspase-3, Caspase-8, NOX1 and LATS1 mRNA expression, and the lower the CyclinD1, Bcl-2, c-Myc, c-FLIP, TRAF6, N-cadherin and Vimentin mRNA expression. Conclusions: Cordycepin can promote pro-apoptosis gene expression and inhibit pro-proliferation and pro-invasion gene expression in lung cancer cell lines A549.
