Rock burst induced by roof breakage and its prevention被引量:11

Based on the research on rock burst phenomenon induced by the breakage of thick and hard roof around roadways and working faces in coal mines,a criterion of rock burst induced by roof breakage(RBRB) was proposed and the model was built.Through the model.a method calculating the varied stresses induced by roof breakage in support objects and coal body was proposed and a unified formula was derived for the calculation of stress increment on support objects and coal body under different breaking forms of roof.Whilst the formula for calculating dynamic load was derived by introducing dynamic index Kd.The formula was verified in Huating Mine by stress measurement.According to the formula for stress increment calculating,the sensitivities of dynamic load parameters were further studied.The results show that the thickness and breaking depth of roof,width of support object are the sensitive factors.Based on the discussion of the model,six associated effective methods for rock burst prevention are obtained.

羟基磷灰石/氟金云母复合的生物玻璃陶瓷的力学性能被引量:3

通过粉末冶金方法制备羟基磷灰石玻璃/氟金云母生物医用玻璃陶瓷材料。利用力学性能检测、显微观察和相成分分析等手段,研究烧结温度以及玻璃相含量对材料抗弯强度、断裂韧性和硬度等力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着烧结温度的升高,材料的致密度不断提高,力学性能也得到改善,对于含80%氟金云母的玻璃陶瓷而言,抗弯强度从1000℃的55.1MPa,提高到1100℃的120.1MPa。随着玻璃陶瓷中氟金云母的增加,材料的抗弯强度、弹性模量、断裂韧性都有所提高。当氟金云母的含量达到80%时,得到的玻璃陶瓷复合材料的力学性能最佳。组分对HA/FG生物医用玻璃陶瓷力学性能的影响主要归因于其对材料致密度、相组成和结晶度的作用。

Preparation of new tissue engineering bone-CPC/PLGA composite and its application in animal bone defects被引量:3

To investigate the feasibility of implanting the biocomposite of calcium phosphate cement(CPC)/polylactic acid-polyglycolic acid(PLGA) into animals for bone defects repairing,the biocomposite of CPC/PLGA was prepared and its setting time,compressive strength,elastic modulus,pH values,phase composition of the samples,degradability and biocompatibility in vitro were tested.The above-mentioned composite implanted with bone marrow stromal cells was used to repair defects of the radius in rabbits.Osteogenesis was histomorphologically observed by using an electron-microscope.The results show that compared with the CPC,the physical and chemical properties of CPC/PLGA composite have some differences in which CPC/PLGA composite has better biological properties.The CPC/PLGA composite combined with seed cells is superior to the control in terms of the amount of new bones formed after CPC/PLGA composite is implanted into the rabbits,as well as the speed of repairing bone defects.The results suggest that the constructed CPC/PLGA composite basically meets the requirements of tissue engineering scaffold materials and that the CPC/PLGA composite implanted with bone marrow stromal cells may be a new artificial bone material for repairing bone defects because it can promote the growth of bone tissues.

自固化磷酸钙骨水泥的制备及其性能评估被引量:6

背景:前期研究发现,乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid),PLGA)可改善磷酸钙骨水泥的抗压强度与降解性能。目的:在前期研究的基础上制备具有更好力学性能、生物相容性及降解性的自固化磷酸钙骨水泥。方法:采用液相沉淀法制备乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物/β-磷酸三钙/磷酸钙骨水泥,使复合骨水泥中β-磷酸三钙的含量分别为5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30%,检测复合骨水泥及磷酸钙骨水泥的凝固时间、抗压强度、弹性模量及降解性能,筛选最佳β-磷酸三钙含量,进行细胞培养实验。分别以磷酸钙骨水泥浸提液(对照组)、PLGA/β-磷酸三钙/磷酸钙骨水泥浸提液(实验组)、含有体积分数10%胎牛血清及1%青霉素-链霉素双抗的α-MEM培养基(阴性对照组)、含体积分数6.4%苯酚的液体(阳性对照组)培养MC3T3-E1细胞,培养1,3,5 d,MTT法检测细胞增殖,同时观察细胞形态变化;培养1,3 d,检测培养液中乳酸脱氢酶活性。在PLGA/β-磷酸三钙/磷酸钙骨水泥与磷酸钙骨水泥表面接种MC3T3-E1细胞,3 d后进行扫描电镜观察。结果与结论:(1)随着β-磷酸三钙含量的增加,复合骨水泥的初凝时间、终凝时间均有所增加,与磷酸钙骨水泥初凝时间、终凝时间比较无差异(P>0.05);(2)复合骨水泥的抗压强度及弹性模量均高于磷酸钙骨水泥,其中以β-磷酸三钙含量为20%的复合骨水泥抗压强度最高,弹性模量也较好,因此实验选择β-磷酸三钙含量为20%的PLGA/β-磷酸三钙/磷酸钙骨水泥进行细胞实验;复合骨水泥的降解性能优于磷酸钙骨水泥;(3)随着培养时间的延长,实验组细胞吸光度、乳酸脱氢酶活性逐渐升高,不同时间点的吸光度值、乳酸脱氢酶活性与阴性对照组比较均无差异;实验组细胞生长良好;(4)在PLGA/β-磷酸三钙/磷酸钙骨水泥表面的MC3T3-E1细胞生长正常,能充分伸展,在材料表面伸出伪足,能够与材料紧密贴附;(5)结果表明
