A composite gel composed of collagen,alginate and synthetic HA powder was formed by using collagen assembly,and freeze-drying of the composite gel gave rise to collagen-alginate-HA porous materials.Scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Ultra-violet spectroscopy were used to characterize the physiochemical properties of the prepared materials and to reveal the possible interactions between molecular species.The results indicated that the scaffolds had interconnected porous structure with typical pores ranging between 200-600μm.Inorganic phase,poorly crystallized hydroxyapatite,was formed uniform dispersion with the organic substances.The introduction of alginate,to some extent,influenced the collagen assembly process.The materials prepared in this study could be a promising scaffolds for bone tissue engineering.
在引导骨组织再生(Guided bone regeneration,GBR)技术中,膜材料是关键因素。通过在骨缺损处放置GBR膜,利用膜的阻隔、保护功能,在膜下形成一个稳定空间,阻止结缔组织的长入,而使骨生成细胞优先生长,并利用其传导功能,充分调动组织自身的愈合能力,达到骨性愈合。目前研究和使用的GBR膜种类很多,各有其优缺点,本文重点在膜材料的结构、性能及其生物学功能上做一综述。
