金刚石涂层模具铜管固定芯头拉拔过程数值模拟被引量:3

借助有限元法对金刚石涂层模具铜管短芯头的拉拔过程进行数值模拟,得到了拉拔过程中铜管及模具的轴向和径向应力分布情况,并分析了固定短芯头拉拔铜管的缩径缺陷、金刚石涂层及摩擦系数对拉拔后铜管尺寸精度的影响.结果表明:经模拟得到一定拉拔条件下的最佳模具配合参数;与硬质合金模具相比,模具配合参数优化后不仅可以大幅提高金刚石涂层模具的使用寿命,而且可保证铜管的尺寸精度及表面粗糙度.

基于有限元模拟金刚石涂层拉拔模具的优化分析被引量:2

金刚石涂层拉拔模具以其优异的性能(高硬度、高耐磨性、低摩擦系数等)逐渐成为线材及管材高速拉拔行业中新一代的拉拔模具。为深入研究金刚石涂层拉拔模具对铜材拉拔过程的影响,借助非线性有限元分析对其进行模拟仿真,分析了拉拔过程中铜材及金刚石涂层模具的轴向及径向应力分布规律。通过正交实验法研究了铜材不同压缩率时金刚石涂层拉拔模具参数(工作锥半角α,过渡圆弧半径R,定径带长度L)对铜材拉拔过程的影响,得到了最佳的拉拔模具孔型参数(压缩率为13.7%时,α=6°,R=4 mm,L=4.5 mm;压缩率为25.8%时,α=7°,R=3 mm,L=4.5 mm),并采用极差分析与方差分析方法对模拟结果进行分析,得到了不同压缩率时各影响因素对铜材表面轴向残余应力和涂层模具最大等效应力的影响规律。应用实验表明,孔型参数优化后的金刚石涂层拉拔模具的工作寿命是硬质合金模具的10倍。这对于金刚石涂层拉拔模具的推广应用有非常重要的意义。

FABRICATION OF DLC COATED COBALT-CEMENTED TUNGSTEN CARBIDE MICRO-DRILLS AND THEIR CUTTING PERFORMANCE被引量:4

In machining the particle reinforced aluminum based composite material with high Si content using the cobalt-cemented tungsten carbide micro cutting tools, diamond like carbon (DLC) films are deposited on cobalt-cemented tungsten carbide micro-drills with two-step pretreatment method. Characteristics of DLC coated tools are investigated in bias-enhanced HFCVD system with the optimized hot filament arrangement. The optimization deposition technology is obtained and the wear mechanism of cutting tools is analyzed. The drilling performance of DLC coated tools is verified by the experiments of cutting particle reinforced aluminum based composite material (Si 15% in volume) compared with uncoated ones. Experimental results show that the two-step pretreatment method is appropriate for complex shaped cemented carbide substrates and ensures the good adhesive strength between the diamond film and the substrate. The cutting performance of DLC coated tool is enhanced 10 times when machining the Si particle reinforced aluminum based metal matrix composite compared with that of uncoated ones under the same cutting conditions.

热丝化学气相法生长单晶金刚石颗粒的衬底温度场仿真及实验研究(英文)被引量:1

本文使用金刚石磨料作为晶种颗粒,通过热丝化学气相法生长出单晶金刚石颗粒,并且建立三维的有限元模型,利用有限元仿真分析了生长过程中影响金刚石磨料生长速率以及沉积质量的各种因素,如热丝的排列方式,衬底的温度场,以及晶种的分布方式。通过固定在热丝CVD反应腔里的热电偶测量了实际的衬底温度分布,从而验证了仿真结果的正确性。另外,通过改变仿真模型优化了沉积单晶金刚石颗粒的工艺参数,获得适应于合成单晶金刚石颗粒的新技术,为化学气相沉积合成单晶金刚石颗粒奠定了基础,也为高温高压金刚石磨料品级的改进与提高提供了新途径。

纳米金刚石薄膜的制备与应用被引量:16

采用偏压辅助增强热丝化学气相沉积法(Chemical vapor deposition,CVD),以WC-Co硬质合金为衬底,采用控制沉积参数和添加惰性气体Ar等CVD新工艺,制备性能优良的纳米金刚石薄膜。进一步采用扫描电镜(Scanning electron microscopy,SEM)、原子力显微镜(Atomic force microscopy,AFM)、拉曼光谱(Raman spectros- copy)、X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)和高分辨率透射电镜(High-resolution transmission electron microscopy, HR-TEM)分析了薄膜的纳米效应。研究结果表明:纳米涂层仍然是以金刚石结构为主的多晶体,它晶体颗粒较小(20~80 nm),含有较多的晶界和sp^2结构,涂层表面粗糙度R_a≤50 nm,表面平整光滑,有利于研磨抛光。在此基础上,提出纳米金刚石复合涂层制备新技术,开发研制出各种涂层拉拔模具,在实际生产线上进行了应用,取得了显著的效果。

Deposition of diamond thin films on tungsten wire substrate with the gas mixture of acetone and hydrogen by using bias-enhanced hot filament chemical vapor deposition(CVD)with the tantalum wires being optimized arranged is investigated.The self-supported diamond tubes are obtained by etching away the tungsten substrates.The quality of the diamond film before and after the removal of substrates is observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Raman spectrum.The results show that the cylindrical diamond tubes with good quality and uniform thickness are obtained on tungsten wires by using bias enhanced hot filament CVD.The compressive stress in diamond film formed during the deposition is released after the substrate etches away by mixture of H2O2 and NH4 OH.There is no residual stress in diamond tube after substrate removal.

CVD金刚石薄膜在水润滑条件下的摩擦磨损性能研究被引量:3

采用偏压辅助增强热丝CVD法在硬质合金衬底上制备常规金刚石薄膜和超细晶粒金刚石薄膜,在往复式球-盘摩擦磨损试验机上考察金刚石薄膜在干摩擦和水润滑条件下的摩擦磨损性能,分别采用扫描电子显微镜、拉曼光谱仪和能谱仪分析金刚石薄膜的表面形貌特性、结构特征及其摩擦表面残余物质的组成.结果表明,常规金刚石薄膜和超细晶粒金刚石薄膜在水润滑下的摩擦系数分别约为0.25和0.22,超细晶粒金刚石薄膜对偶件的磨损率仅为6.94×10-6mm3/(Nm),显示出优异的减摩性能,可作为良好的水润滑摩擦副涂层材料.

热丝化学气相法合成金刚石的温度场仿真及试验被引量:5

为了对热丝化学气相法沉积金刚石薄膜的工艺进行优化,提出了以有限元法模拟金刚石薄膜沉积系统三维温度场的新方法.在有限元仿真中,分析了温度场中热丝温度、直径、热丝排布、热丝与衬底距离等参数对衬底温度及均匀性的影响.在此基础上,通过热丝化学气相法沉积金刚石薄膜和生长单晶金刚石颗粒的试验验证了仿真结果的正确性.实验和仿真结果一致表明,热丝排布以及热丝与衬底间距离是影响金刚石薄膜沉积温度场的主要因素.

Fabrication and application of nanocrystalline diamond films

Nanocrystalline diamond films were deposited on Co-cemented carbide substrates using acetone/ H2/Ar gas mixture by bias-enhanced hot filament chemical vapor deposition(HFCVD) technique.The evidence of nanocrystallinity,smoothness and purity was obtained by characterizing the sample with scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy,atomic force microscopy (AFM ),and field emission transmission electron microscopy(FE-TEM ).The results show that nanocrystalline diamond films consists of nanocrystalline diamond grains with sizes range from 20 to 80 nm and contain a large amount of grain boundaries.The surface roughness of the films is measured as Ra<50nm.The Raman spectroscopy,XRD pattern,and FE-TEM image of the films indicate the presence of nanocrystalline diamond.A new process is used to deposit composite diamond coatings by a two-step chemical vapor deposition procedure,including first the deposition of the rough polycrystalline diamond and then the smooth fine-grained nanocrystalline diamond film.Such composite diamond coatings not only display good adhesion and wear resistant properties,but also have smooth surfaces that are liable to polishing.This coating technology can not only meet the requirement of the adhesion of diamond coatings,but also reduce surface roughness of diamond coatings effectively,thus remove the obstacles for the industrialization of CVD diamond coatings.The diamondcoated dies with these composite coatings show obvious effect in the practical application.
