五种变温动物抗凝血酶和纤溶酶原相对含量比较被引量:1

用免疫浊度法对进食期5~9月的鲤鱼Cyprinus carpio、鲫鱼Carassius auratus、鲶鱼Silurus asotus、中华大蟾蜍Bufo bufo gargarizans和中华鳖Pelodiscus sinensis血清中AT和PLG进行测定。结果显示:1)鲶鱼和中华鳖血清中AT的相对含量极显著高于鲤鱼、鲫鱼、蟾蜍的AT相对含量(P<0.01);2)中华鳖血清中PLG的相对含量显著高于鲤鱼、鲫鱼、鲶鱼和蟾蜍的PLG相对含量(P<0.01)。结论:1)5种动物体内都存在AT和PLG,并且抗原性和人的AT-Ⅲ和PLG相似;2)脊椎动物体内AT和PLG的生理含量与生存环境之间有一定的相关性。

几种变温脊椎动物的血细胞比较被引量:6

To study the morphology and physiology of blood cells from five species of heterotherm vertebrates(carp Cyprinus carpio,crucian Carassius auratus,catfish Silurus asotus,toad Bufo bufo gar-garizans and Chinese soft-shelled turtle Pelodiscus sinensis),three kinds of living cells(thrombocytes,small lymphocytes,erythrocytes)were obtained from the experimental animals.Plasma samples were partly anticoagulated with trisodium citrate,potassium oxalate and magnesium sulphate(MgSO4)at 23℃ in vitro,and observed in the light microscope and scanning electron microscope.Results showed that:1)small lymphocytes were typically spherical and normally dispersed in oxalate-plasma from all of the experiment animals and in citrated-plasma from carp and crucian.However,they were aggregated in MgSO4-plasma from all of the experiment animals and in citrated-plasma from catfish,toad and Chinese soft-shelled turtle.2)thrombocytes were dispersive and spindle or elliptical in shape in oxalate-plasma from the five species of experimental animals;in citrated-plasma from carp,crucian and catfish;in MgSO4-plasma from carp,crucian,catfish and Chinese soft-shelled turtle.However,they were aggregated in citrated-plasma from toad and Chinese soft-shelled turtle,and in the MgSO4-plasma from toad.3)erythrocytes were typically normal,and not haemolytic in citrated-plasma and in MgSO4-plasma from five species of experimental animals,but they were completely haemolytic in oxalate-plasma from experimental animals except for toads.Rouleaux formation of erythrocytes,such as occurs in mammalian plasma,was not observed in the experimental animals.We conclude that:1)the same of small lymphocytes or the thrombocytes in heterotherm vertebrate plasma possess the ability to aggregate together in vitro,the process of the aggregation may relate to plasma Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ concentration;2)the process of erythrocyte sedimentation caused by their specific gravity in plasma of these experimental animals,is different from that caused by rouleaux formation of

中华鳖血液凝固特性研究

通过中华鳖全血、无细胞血浆(CFP)的凝固指标及水的稀释作用对这些指标的影响来阐述其凝血特性,指标包括全血复钙时间(CT)及血浆的复钙时间(RT)、活化凝血时间(ACT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)6个方面。结果显示:试验首次报道鳖无细胞血浆的ACT、APTT和PT分别为332.65、147.75和50.61 s,与哺乳动物存在差异,但CT、RT和TT与哺乳动物没有差异;CFP复钙在10 min内未凝固,而CFP稀释后血浆凝固;CFP稀释后ACT、APTT与未稀释相比缩短(P<0.01),PT无变化(P>0.05)。结论:稀释后的鳖CFP发生凝固,主要通过影响内源性凝血过程,与外源性凝血途径无关。

四种动物凝血三项值初探被引量:1

为了探索正常生理状态下4种动物的凝血3项值,分别用凝血酶原时间测定试剂盒、自制兔脑粉浸出液、自制鸡脑粉浸出液测定了鸡、鲤鱼、犬和羊4种动物的血浆凝血酶原时间(PT),用试剂盒测定了4种动物的凝血酶时间(TT)和活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)。结果表明:3种方法测定的4种动物的PT值在相同动物间无显著差异(P>0.05),说明有颌类脊椎动物体内的组织因子在启动血液凝固的作用上具有进化的保守性;4种动物的凝血3项值分别为鸡PT 43.42 s,TT 16.85 s,APTT 91.33 s;鲤鱼PT 73.39 s,TT 20.75 s,APTT 12.80 s;犬PT 10.70 s,TT 13.32 s,APTT25.89 s;羊PT 23.29 s,TT 8.04 s,APTT 25.92 s。

温度对宽体金线蛭生长的影响被引量:18

[目的]研究不同温度对宽体金线蛭的生长的影响,为宽体金线蛭的人工养殖提供科学依据。[方法]随机分为4个试验组,在不同温度(15、20、25、30℃)下养殖20d,每组2d测1次体重,比较各组宽体金线蛭的日增重。[结果]15、20、25、30℃条件下平均日增重分别为2.04%、2.99%、3.23%、0.62%。在15~20℃范围内,随着温度的升高其生长明显加快(P〈0.05);20~25℃平均日增重率最高,达到2.99%~3.23%,差异不显著(P〉0.05);超过30℃则宽体金线蛭生长显著下降,存活率为55%。[结论]宽体金线蛭生长的适宜温度是20~25℃。
