一种耦合功能集割裂解耦方法

以设计矩阵表示的耦合功能集为研究对象,针对耦合功能集中功能耦合的程度,给出了一种度量的方法;使用混沌思想改进了粒子群算法,以参数可行解的减少量为目标函数,实现了耦合功能的顺序规划。最后通过某汽车停车档的设计实例验证了算法的有效性。

Dynamic Stability Analysis of Cages in High-Speed Oil-Lubricated Angular Contact Ball Bearings被引量:11

To investigate the cage stability of high-speed oil-lubricated angular contact ball bearings, a dynamic model of cages is developed on the basis of Gupta’s and Meeks’ work. The model can simulate the cage motion under oil lubrication with all six degrees of freedom. Particularly, the model introduces oil-film damping and hysteresis damping, and deals with the collision contact as imperfect elastic contact. In addition, the effects of inner ring rotational speed, the ratio of pocket clearance to guiding clearance and applied load on the cage stability are investigated by simulating the cage motion with the model. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the design of ball bearing parameters.

考虑轴承游隙的非线性动力学轴承-转子系统优化被引量:11

针对一类带动态性能约束的轴承-转子系统优化设计存在的问题,做如下改进工作:一是在目前一类轴承-转子系统优化模型基础上,将轴承游隙作为设计变量,考虑轴承游隙的影响;二是提出了一种演化算法/线性搜索的混合算法,将优化过程分为两个阶段,首先采用演化算法对问题全局寻优,求得给定代数时的优化解,再以此解作为新的初始解,采用线性搜索方法进行局部搜索.经数值仿真表明:该优化模型中增加考虑轴承游隙后,对优化结果有较大影响;提出的混合算法克服了使用线性搜索方法难以确定初始解的问题,在同等计算精度和耗时情况下,该方法求解成功率较高.

Application of Hopfield Neural Networks Approach in Solar Energy Product Conceptual Design被引量:2

A new product conceptual design approach is put forward based on Hopfield neural networks models. By research on the mechanisms of Hopfield neural networks, the associative simulation approaches are proposed. The approach is given by Hebb learning law, Hopfield neural networks and crossover and mutation.The calculating models and the calculating formulas for the conceptual design are put forward. Finally, an example for the conceptual design of a solar energy lamp is given.The better results are obtained in the conceptual design.

A 5-DOF Model for Aeroengine Spindle Dual-rotor System Analysis被引量:18

This paper develops a five degrees of freedom(5-DOF) model for aeroengine spindle dual-rotor system dynamic analysis.In this system,the dual rotors are supported on two angular contact ball bearings and two deep groove ball bearings,one of the latter-mentioned bearings works as the inter-shaft bearing.Driven by respective motors,the dual rotors have different co-rotating speeds.The proposed model mathematically formulates the nonlinear displacements,elastic deflections and contact forces of bearings with consideration of 5-DOF and coupling of dual rotors.The nonlinear equations of motions of dual rotors with 5-DOF are solved using Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg algorithm.In order to investigate the effect of the introduced 5-DOF and nonlinear dy-namic bearing model,we compare the proposed model with two models:the 3-DOF model of this system only considering three translational degrees of freedom(Gupta,1993,rotational freedom is neglected);the 5-DOF model where the deep groove ball bearings are simplified as linear elastic spring(Guskov,2007).The simulation results verify Gupta's prediction(1993) and show that the rotational freedom of rotors and nonlinear dynamic model of bearings have great effect on the system dynamic simula-tion.The quantitative results are given as well.

基于改进初始解的遗传算法的布局设计方法被引量:3

带性能约束的三维布局问题属于具有很强应用背景的组合优化问题,进行了基于全局的布局求解方法的探索。由于NP完全问题的计算复杂性,使得遗传算法求解问题的全局最优解时效率较低。改进了遗传算法的初始解,对提高算法的效率进行了研究。并以旋转卫星舱布局的简化模型为背景,建立了多目标优化数学模型。实例结果与传统遗传算法以及乘子法的计算结果比较,表明该算法具有较好的求解效率。

Multi-objective Optimization Conceptual Design of Product Structure Based on Variable Length Gene Expression被引量:6

It is a complicated problem for the bottom-to-top adaptive conceptual design of complicated products between structure and function. Reliable theories demand to be found in order to determine whether the structure accords with the requirement of design. For the requirement generally is dynamic variety as time passes, new requirements will come, and some initial requirements can no longer be used. The number of product requirements, the gene length expressing requirements, the structure of the product, and the correlation matrix are varied with individuation of customer requirements of the product. By researching on the calculation mechanisms of dynamic variety, the approaches of gene expression and variable length gene expression are proposed. According to the diversity of structure selection in conceptual design and mutual relations between structure and function as well as structure and structure, the correlation matrixes between structure and function as well as structure and structure are defined. By the approach of making the sum of the elements of correlation matrix maximum, the mathematical models of multi-object optimization for structure design are provided based on variable requirements. An improved genetic algorithm called segment genetic algorithm is proposed based on optimization preservation simple genetic algorithm. The models of multi-object optimization are calculated by the segment genetic algorithm and hybrid genetic algorithm. An example for the conceptual design of a washing machine is given to show that the proposed method is able to realize the optimization structure design fitting for variable requirements. In addition, the proposed approach can provide good Pareto optimization solutions, and the individuation customer requirements for structures of products are able to be resolved effectively.

异构模块组合耦合分析的完全关联矩阵被引量:8

针对异构模块组合的耦合分析问题,提出一种完全关联矩阵(Comprehensive dependency matrix,CDM),不仅表达参数和功能间的直接关联,同时包含了间接关联(变更传播)信息。提出一种基于进化策略的耦合分析方法,给出耦合分析的适应度函数和针对问题的进化算子。对CDM进行聚类(耦合)分析可以正确认识设计中参数和功能的耦合关系;在构造CDM的同时对设计变更传播进行分析,从而可以更全面地表达和分析异构模块组合的耦合关联关系,为异构模块组合耦合分析提供方法支持。

基于数据包络及层次分析法的动画专业效益评价被引量:5

针对高校动画专业的具体特点,对高校动画专业的办学效益进行了评价.详细分析数据包络分析模型以及层次分析法的基本原理,将锥比率数据包络分析模型与层次分析法相结合,采用双重权值计算方法,对动画专业效益进行评价;具体应用实例进行验证,确定出高校的28项评估指标,得出各高校动画专业效益的优劣排序;并且与其他模型进行比较与分析.实验结果表明:该方法比单纯用锥比率得出的权值更准确可靠,符合实际要求.

基于Pro/E的航天器电池帆板展开过程仿真被引量:1

在Pro/E4.0的软件平台上建立航天器太阳能电池帆板的虚拟样机模型,简单介绍电池帆板的三种常见结构:弯曲主振动梁式结构、弯曲组合振动板式结构和一般多体结构。并且对弯曲主振动梁式结构和一般多体结构类型的电池帆板进行展开过程的比较仿真和动力学分析,为航天器帆板的设计提供一定的依据。
