粉末性质对同轴送粉激光熔覆中粉末流场的影响规律被引量:12

在同轴送粉激光熔覆过程中,粉末流是影响熔覆质量的重要因素。为了提高粉末流的汇聚性,考察粉末性质对粉末流场的影响,建立了同轴送粉激光熔覆粉末流数值模型。模拟计算了NiCoCrAlY、ZrO2、W三种典型粉末的粉末流形貌,并进行了粉末流的验证实验,实验结果与计算结果趋势吻合,说明模型具备合理性与可靠性。基于该模型,深入研究了粉末粒径、形状、密度和碰撞弹性恢复系数对粉末流汇聚的影响规律,在特定送粉工艺参数下,在粉末粒径增大时,汇聚焦距减小,汇聚浓度在一定粒径范围内达到最大值;在粉末形状系数或者密度增大时,汇聚焦距减小、汇聚浓度增大;在粉末颗粒的恢复系数减小时,汇聚焦距与汇聚浓度都增大。

Numerical study of thermal history in laser aided direct metal deposition process被引量:7

Temperature evolution in the laser aided direct metal deposition (LADMD) process has considerable influence on the micro-structure and properties of the final part. A 3D transient finite element model was developed to study the temperature evolution during the multilayer LADMD process. To make the property analysis from thermal history easier, a critical temperature specific to thermal history was defined and the distribution of it in the part was also discussed. The simulation results indicated that the critical temperature can make the property analysis from thermal history easier. Thermal history of all the deposited materials was similar. It was also concluded that process parameters needed to be time-varying according to the real-time temperature field during the process.

Small angle X-ray scattering of the colloidal crystal被引量:1

The monodisperse polystyrene spheres are assembled into the colloidal crystal on the glass substrate by vertical deposition method, which is aimed at the so-called photonic crystal applications.The structural information of the bulk colloidal crystal is crucial for understanding the crystal growth mechanism and devel-oping the various applications of colloidal crystal.Small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS) technique was used to obtain the bulk structure of the colloidal crystal at Beamline 1W2A of BSRF.It is found that the SAXS pattern is sensitive to the relative orientation between the colloidal sample and the incident X-ray direction.The crystal lattice was well distinguished and determined by the SAXS data.

激光打孔工艺参数对孔型影响的二维数值模拟研究被引量:28

针对孔型随激光工艺参数变化的特点,建立了具有光束传输和强度分布的激光打孔瞬态二维有限元模型,对孔型演化进行了数值模拟研究。模型考虑了激光束空间分布和材料相变潜热对孔的影响,给出了小孔的温度场瞬态分布和界面演化过程。结果表明,打孔速度随激光与材料作用时间增加而增大,钻孔速度大约在1 m/s量级,而孔径在打孔初期增大之后变化不大。比较了不同参数下各种孔型,包括直筒型、倒锥型和正锥型等,横截面的仿真结果与试验观测值吻合较好。仿真方法可以准确地模拟激光打通孔的过程,为实际工艺研究提供参考。

为了得到同轴送粉激光熔覆中激光束穿过粉末流后的能量变化,研究了粉末浓度分布对激光能量的衰减作用。模拟了稳态、存在基底和熔池的情况下粉末流的空间分布,通过粉末浓度与激光能量衰减的关系,得到了任意粉末分布及激光能量分布下的衰减率。研究了基底对气流场的作用以及基底对粉末的反弹作用两种因素对粉末浓度分布的影响,并比较了平顶形光束在不同熔池尺寸和送粉率下的衰减率。结果表明,存在基底时粉末流对激光的衰减率比无基底作用时一般高2倍以上,与送粉率成正比,在熔池尺寸较小时与其大小成反比。

Effects of laser power density on static and dynamic mechanical properties of dissimilar stainless steel welded joints被引量:1

The mechanical properties of laser welded joints under impact loadings such as explosion and car crash etc. are critical for the engineering designs. The hardness, static and dynamic mechanical properties of AISI304 and AISI316 L dissimilar stainless steel welded joints by CO2 laser were experimentally studied. The dynamic strain-stress curves at the strain rate around 10~3s^(-1) were obtained by the split Hopkinson tensile bar (SHTB). The static mechanical properties of the welded joints have little changes with the laser power density and all fracture occurs at 316 L side. However, the strain rate sensitivity has a strong dependence on laser power density. The value of strain rate factor decreases with the increase of laser power density. Thewelded joint which may be applied for the impact loading can be obtained by reducing the laser power density in the case of welding quality assurance.

异种不锈钢激光焊接相结构变化对腐蚀特性的影响被引量:3

为了研究异种材料焊缝的耐腐蚀性能,对316L与304不锈钢进行了激光焊接。通过组织观察和XRD技术检测了母材及焊缝微区的组织结构,采用动电位极化的方法测试了316L和304奥氏体不锈钢及其激光对接焊缝的耐腐蚀性能,并分析了焊缝耐腐蚀性提高的原因。结果表明,在室温3.5%NaCl溶液中,焊缝及母材的腐蚀均以点腐蚀为主,且点蚀基本在晶界处萌生,焊缝的耐腐蚀性相对母材有了明显的提高;激光焊缝组织的晶粒尺寸较母材明显细化,相成分以奥氏体为主,有明显的择优生长取向,且奥氏体含量相对母材有所增加,这种相结构特征的变化是焊缝耐腐蚀性提高的主要原因。

Friction coefficient and error test via micro-rotation mechanics model

An air pressure-loading mode incorporated into the friction apparatus is firstly applied to coatings tribology involving large load,automation,stepless and continuous loading processes.A novel measurement principle is proposed and a micro-rotation mechanics model was developed for high precision measurement of friction coefficient.By properly designing and locating two sensors real-time monitoring the normal and friction forces,the troublesome influences in friction measurement is considerably relieved which come from surface characteristics of coatings of the samples in traditional friction test processes.By calculation and analysis,the max rotation angle θ max = 0.001 8 is gained,which indicates that the measurement error of the apparatus is greatly reduced.The whole system error is about 1.15% given by finite element method and indication error of the least square fitting of measurements.

等离子体电解氧化弧光放电的瞬态测定及温度场模拟被引量:2

为描述等离子体电解氧化(PEO)过程中单个弧光放电通道内部及周围温度场分布,构建圆柱形放电通道模型。采用高速摄像机和概率统计方法,测定铝合金PEO膜层生长典型阶段弧光放电的弧斑密度及通道尺寸等特征参数;通过计算单个弧光的延迟寿命(140μs)以及能量,获得模型参数。采用Ansys软件模拟单个弧光放电通道内部及周围温度场分布,计算得出弧光通道中心温度超过2×104 K,从传热学角度解释了PEO陶瓷层中γ-Al2O3和α-Al2O3的生成过程以及陶瓷层微结构的形成原因。

Wide-band underwater acoustic absorption based on locally resonant unit and interpenetrating network structure被引量:5

The interpenetrating network structure provides an interesting avenue to novel materials. Locally resonant phononic crystal (LRPC) exhibits excellent sound attenuation performance based on the periodical arrangement of sound wave scatters. Combining the LRPC concept and interpenetrating network glassy structure, this paper has developed a new material which can achieve a wide band underwater strong acoustic absorption. Underwater absorption coefficients of different samples were measured by the pulse tube. Measurement results show that the new material possesses excellent underwater acoustic effects in a wide frequency range. Moreover, in order to investigate impacts of locally resonant units, some defects are introduced into the sample. The experimental result and the theoretical calculation both show that locally resonant units being connected to a network structure play an important role in achieving a wide band strong acoustic absorption.
