TiO_2制备条件对硝基苯光催化降解效果的影响被引量:2

以TiOSO4为原料,采取Sol—gel自蔓燃工艺制备了纳米TiO2,并用XRD、TEM测试技术对TiO2粉体进行了表征;以硝基苯为模拟污染物,通过正交试验研究了溶胶pH、煅烧温度、煅烧时间、Ti4+与柠檬酸的摩尔比四个因素对光催化活性的影响。结果表明:四个因素对硝基苯降解率的影响顺序为:温度>摩尔比>pH>时间,并确立了最优制备方案为pH=7、煅烧温度为600℃、煅烧时间为1.5h、摩尔比为1:2,可使硝基苯3h的降解率为61.5%。

自蔓燃工艺制备纳米TiO2降解制药废水的研究被引量:4

Using TiOSO4 and iron as materials,a light catalyst with diameters varying between 40 to 70nm has been synthesized through the SAS process and is utilized to degrade a pharmaceutical wastewater.Under different conditions of combustion temperatures,sample pH values of sample,mole ratios of the mixed iron and stirring mode with aeration or supersonic wave as well as magnetic,the degradation effects on COD removal from the wastewater has been investigated.The nano-TiO2 has shown a higher catalytic activation at 600℃,and the removal rate of 80% or 72% is reached under conditions of pH of 4.5 and 3h of radiation with UV or sunshine respectively,while at pH of 2.0,the same treatment give 83% or 78% removal rate respectively.Under conditions of sunshine,600℃ and pH of 4.5,the nano-TiO2 mixed with iron of 0.8% get removal of 85%.The stirring mode has an influence on the COD removal,under the above conditions,stirring with aeration for 20min get a higher removal of 19% or 10% than that with supersonics wave or magnetic power,but after 40min,stirring with magnetic power get the highest removal rate.
