Preparation and characterization of La_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)Ga_(0.8)Mg_(0.2)O_(3-δ) thin film deposited by radio frequency magnetic sputtering被引量:1

La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3–? (LSGM) electrolyte materials were synthesized by the solid state reaction method. The conductivity of LSGM materials was detected by four probe method, and it was 0.08 S/cm at 850 oC. Dense and uniform films of LSGM materials were deposited by the magnetic sputtering on substrates of Si and La0.7Sr0.3Cr0.5Mn0.5O3–? (LSCM). The experimental results showed that the deposition rates dropped and the average grain sizes of the films enlarged with increase in the substrate temperatures. In the sputtering process, the LSGM film was deposited with preferred growth direction. After annealing, the preferred growth direction disappeared and the film surface became smoother and denser. Through observing the deposition process, deposition mechanism was proposed, which was consistent with a model of island growth.

多孔阳极支撑固体氧化物燃料电池用造孔剂的研究(英文)被引量:1

采用甘氨酸硝酸盐法合成了超细的La0.7Sr0.3Cr0.5Mn0.5O3-δ(LSCM)粉末,并把制备的阳极粉末与3种不同含量的造孔剂活性炭、淀粉和石墨混合制备多孔阳极基底。应用阿基米德排水法测试了多孔阳极基底的孔隙率,得到最大孔隙率为45%。接着再采用SEM、EDS和XRD等材料表征手段对阳极基底的表面形貌和结构进行了分析,结果显示混合20%(质量分数)的活性炭制备的阳极基底孔隙分布均匀,并没有裂纹出现。甲烷催化实验得到混合20%活性炭造孔剂制备的阳极基底在高温下的催化性能最好,甲烷转化效率达到71.88%.

分别采用甘氨酸硝酸盐法(GNP)和固相法(SSR)分别制备了La0.8Sr0.2Ga0.8Mg0.2-xCoxO3-δ(x=0.05,0.085,0.1),简称LSGMC并通过容忍因子和平均电负性差计算得出LSGMC电解质材料能够形成一种稳定钙钛矿结构。LSGMC电解质材料的非化学计量值随着Co含量的增加而不断增加,显示出随Co含量增加吸附在LSGMC晶格中的氧减少。固相法制备的LSGMC电解质材料比甘氨酸硝酸盐法制备的LSGMC电解质材料要致密,而甘氨酸硝酸盐法制备的LSGMC电解质材料粉末分布范围要窄一些。制备的LSGMC电解质材料具有优良的电导率,在800和750℃分别达到0.217和0.193 S/cm。

Preparation and characterization of La_(0.8)Sr_(0.04)Ca_(0.16)Co_(0.6)Fe_(0.4)O_(3-δ)-La_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)Ga_(0.8)Mg_(0.2)O_3 composite cathode thin film for SOFC by slurry spin coating被引量:3

The La0.8Sr0.04Ca0.16Co0.6Fe0.4O3-δ (LSCCoF) and La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3 (LSGM) powders were synthesized by glycine-nitrate combustion process and conventional solid-state reaction method, respectively. The LSCCoF-LSGM composite cathode material was successfully elaborated and deposited on dense pellets of the LSGM electrolyte by means of slurry spin-coating process. The cathode films with the best surface morphology and microstructure were obtained when the operating parameters fixed as follows: the content of ethyl cellulose which acted as pore former and binder is 10 wt.%, the content of terpineol which acted as modifier is 5 wt.%, the speed of rotation rate is 3200 r/min and the best post-deposition sintering temperature is 1000°C.
