对采用共沉淀法制备的 Cu Zn( Zr,Ce) Al O类铜系催化剂在甲醇水蒸气重整 ( SRM)制氢反应中的性能进行了研究 .首先考察了助剂 Zr O2 和 Ce O2 对 Cu Zn Al O催化剂反应性能的影响 ,然后重点采用正交设计的方法设计催化剂配伍 ,应用多指标实验设计中极差分析和方差分析的原理 ,对因素与指标之间的关系及显著性水平进行了研究 ,最终确定了该类催化剂的最佳组成 .
The catalytic performances of methanol steam reforming reactions on CuZn(Zr)AIO catalysts were studied. When the ZrO2 promoter was added to a CuZnAIO catalyst, its methanol conversion, H2 production and H2 selectivity improved greatly. By using the (?)COPZr-2 catalyst as an example, which exhibited the best catalytic performance, the optimized reaction conditions were established to be: 250℃, 0.1 MPa, H2O/MeOH=1.3, WHSV=3.56 h-1, and without carrier gas. A 150 h stability test of the (?)COPZr-2 catalyst showed that the catalyst had good stability, as the methanol conversion and H2 production could be kept at 88% and 83% respectively. Moreover, outlet H2 and CO contents were>63% and 0.20%-0.31%, respectively.
