Al-MCM-48中Al含量对高密度聚乙烯催化裂解的影响被引量:2

本文用常温合成方法合成了不同硅铝比的Al-MCM-48,并研究了硅铝比不同对Al-MCM-48催化裂解高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的影响。发现Al-MCM-48存在的催化裂解可以提高HDPE的转化率和液体收率;硅铝比的变化对转化率和液体收率有较明显的影响,转化率和液体收率随硅铝比的增加而增加,当硅铝比达到100时达最大值,然后液体收率和转化率开始逐步下降;液体产物中的烯烃的含量随硅铝比的增加而增加;重复实验表明Al-MCM-48具有较好的稳定性,不易结焦。

聚丙烯和毛竹共热解的研究被引量:8

在自制固定床反应器中,对聚丙烯和毛竹共热解进行研究,得到了反应气氛、热解温度、反应物配比、反应时间对共热解的影响规律。实验结果表明,由于毛竹与聚丙烯在热解过程中的相互影响,两者共热解时的液体收率和产物分布均与两者单独热解时不同,油相液体产物的辛烷值随毛竹加入量的增加而增大,在聚丙烯和毛竹的最佳配比下,两者共热解的协同作用最明显,不仅原料的转化率最大,而且所得液体产物的收率最高,H2气氛较之N2气氛更有利于油相产物的生成和毛竹中木质素成分的热解。本文条件下,获得最佳油相液体收率的条件为,聚丙烯/毛竹配比8∶2,热解温度520℃,反应时间4h,H2气氛,油相液体收率达53.9wt.%,辛烷值为77.3。

两种食用菌菌糠的化学成分分析及热解液化研究被引量:6

The chemical compositions of two kinds of secondary biomass,auricularia residue and pleurotus ostreatus residue,were analyzed in comparison with their raw material.The pyrolysis of the three kinds of material was also performed.Compared with the raw material,the cellulose,hemicellulose,lignin contents of both the mushroom residues decrease significantly,and the content of ash increases.The change of chemical components not only lessens the yield of bio-oil,but also alters the component of bio-oil.The uppermost composition in the bio-oil from the raw material is cyclobutanol,whereas acetic acid or 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperdone is dominant in the bio-oil from Auricularia residue and pleurotus ostreatus residue respectively.The selectivity of 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperdone and 4-methyl-3-penten-2-one in the bio-oil from pleurotus ostreatus residue reached 35.3 % and 33.1 %.

采用固定床反应器,在氢气气氛下研究了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)与两种典型生物质(杉木、毛竹)(8:2wt%)的共热解及在Y型分子筛上的催化共热解。结果表明,与HDPE单独热解相比,共热解生成的油相液体的碳数分布变窄,使C5-C11汽油馏分的含量显著增加,而C12-C20以及C20+组分相应降低。共热解最高的总液体收率出现在NaY催化剂上,毛竹与HDPE共热解中达到58·9%。在Y型分子筛加入后,共热解水相产物中乙酸含量明显增加,苯酚类产物含量则显著下降。乙酸生成量最多的是USY催化剂,其次是HY、NaY。在USY催化剂作用下,毛竹与HDPE共热解水相液体所含有机物中,乙酸含量达到38·3%。

Catalytic pyrolysis of Pubescens to phenols over Ni/C catalyst被引量:4

The pyrolysis of Pubescens over Ni/C catalyst was studied at 350°C in H2 flow.The presence of Ni/C catalyst efficiently improved the degradation of raw materials,and produced bio-oil with high content of phenols but low contents of acetic acid,furfural and water.In the reaction,Ni/C catalyst plays the role of catalytic decomposition and catalytic hydrogenation.The existence of the carbon carrier favors the formation of active Ni in small sizes with more defects,which results in high catalytic activity of Ni in biomass decomposition and selective production of phenols.

Effect of the Interference Instant of Zeolite HY Catalyst on the Pyrolysis of Pubescens被引量:3

A laboratory reactor was designed to test the effect of the interference instant of HY on the pyrolysis of pubescens.The time instant for intermediate species from pyrolysis to contact HY was controlled by varying the position of the catalyst bed relative to the pyrolytic cell.It was found that the effect of the interference instant was significant on the variation of different intermediate species,and the yield and quality of the products.The results also showed that,with the increase in the distance between the pyrolytic cell and the catalyst bed,the yield of liquid and relative content of the organics such as aldehyde,phenols,etc.,decreased,while the yield of residue and relative content of acetic acid increased.The deoxygenation of the intermediate species was favored when the catalyst exerted its performance on them immediately after their formation.
