以龙眼(Dimocarpus longan Lour.)花芽和叶芽为材料,对龙眼花芽与叶芽分化发育过程中的差异蛋白质进行分析和鉴定,并探讨其生物学功能。本研究共鉴定出10个差异蛋白质:ATP synthase beta subunit,fructokinase,LHCII type I chlorophyll a/b binding protein,peroxidase,ascorbate peroxidase,14-3-3 protein,14-3-3 family protein,putative cytosolic cysteine synthase 7,retrotransposon protein,putative,Ty1-copia subclass,Protein Group similar to lateembryogenesis abundant proteins。这些差异蛋白质可能与龙眼花芽与叶芽的物质和能量代谢、自由基清除和抗氧化作用、信号转导和基础代谢、氨基酸代谢等生理过程密切相关。
