The title complex[Ni(C10H8N2)(C7H4O5N3)(H2O)]ClO4 was synthesized by Taurine 2-hydroxy-3,5-dinitrobenzaldehyde schiff base,2,2’-bipyridine and nickel(II) perchloride in ethanol solution,and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method.The crystal belongs to Monoclinic system,space group P21/c,with cell parameters:a=7.4481(3),b=24.1832(9),c=11.6691(4),β=98.021(2)°,V=2081.26(13)3.The nickel(II) atom is coordinated by two N atoms from one 2,2’-bipyridine molecule,one O atom and one N atom from a 2-hydroxy-3,5-dinitrobenzaldehyde imine molecule,one O atom from a coordinated water,resulting in a square-pyramid geometry.The packing diagram shows that a three-dimensional network is formed via intermolecular attractive force.
The title complex[Cu(C12H8N2)(C10H11NO5S)]·3.5H2O was synthesized by Taurine o-vanillin schiff base,O-phenanthroline and copper(II)acetate monohydrate in ethanol solution and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method.The crystal belongs to Monoclinic system,space group P2(1)/c,with cell parameters:a=14.9320(10),b=26.6371(17),c=13.1937(9),β=114.0320(10)°,V=4792.8(6)3.The copper(II)atom is coordinated by two N atoms from one O-phenanthroline molecule,two O atoms from a Taurine o-vanillin schiff base and one N atom from this schiff base,resulting in a square-pyramid geometry.The packing diagram shows that a three-dimensional network is formed via hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions.
