An experimental study on fracture mechanical behavior of rock-like materials containing two unparallel fissures under uniaxial compression被引量:7

Strength and deformability characteristics of rock with pre-existing fissures are governed by cracking behavior. To further research the effects of pre-existing fissures on the mechanical properties and crack coalescence process, a series of uniaxial compression tests were carried out for rock-like material with two unparallel fissures.In the present study, cement, quartz sand, and water were used to fabricate a kind of brittle rock-like material cylindrical model specimen. The mechanical properties of rock-like material specimen used in this research were all in good agreement with the brittle rock materials. Two unparallel fissures(a horizontal fissure and an inclined fissure) were created by inserting steel during molding the model specimen.Then all the pre-fissured rock-like specimens were tested under uniaxial compression by a rock mechanics servocontrolled testing system. The peak strength and Young's modulus of pre-fissured specimen all first decreased and then increased when the fissure angle increased from 0?to 75?.In order to investigate the crack initiation, propagation and coalescence process, photographic monitoring was adopted to capture images during the entire deformation process.Moreover, acoustic emission(AE) monitoring technique was also used to obtain the AE evolution characteristic of prefissured specimen. The relationship between axial stress, AE events, and the crack coalescence process was set up: when a new crack was initiated or a crack coalescence occurred, thecorresponding axial stress dropped in the axial stress–time curve and a big AE event could be observed simultaneously.Finally, the mechanism of crack propagation under microscopic observation was discussed. These experimental results are expected to increase the understanding of the strength failure behavior and the cracking mechanism of rock containing unparallel fissures.

应变软化对巷道围岩稳定性影响及敏感性分析被引量:1

采用正交数值模拟试验的方法,研究了破碎岩体强度软化对巷道变形与破坏的影响。选取残余黏聚力、残余内摩擦角、残余剪胀角等因素,进行3因素4水平的正交数值模拟试验。研究结果表明:黏聚力劣化是影响巷道围岩稳定性最敏感的因素,当残余黏聚力低于某一临界值后,巷道表面位移和破坏范围均迅速增大;内摩擦角劣化对巷道稳定性有显著影响;剪胀角劣化对巷道稳定性影响较小。

浅谈PFC软件在岩土工程中的应用被引量:4

由于岩土体的非连续性,在模拟复杂岩土体力学行为方面,基于连续介质理论的传统数值软件所得结果与工程实际存在较大差异,而PFC软件能弥补前者不足。文章介绍了PFC软件的基本原理及特点,分析了PFC软件与传统数值软件模拟方法的异同点,归纳了其计算步骤,并系统阐述了PFC在岩土体本构模型、地质灾害分析、基坑及地基处理、隧道工程数值模拟等领域的应用现状,探讨了PFC软件被广泛应用于岩土工程的可行性。最后,提出目前PFC软件应用过程中存在的主要问题及其在岩土工程领域的发展方向。

基于随机森林的公路隧道运营缺失数据插补方法被引量:10

对隧道内环境、交通状态等各类运营数据的实时、完整获取并深入挖掘,是提高应急处置能力、实现运营安全预警的基础.提出一种基于随机森林的缺失数据插补方法,根据缺失特征对缺失数据集进行分割;建立随机森林回归模型进行迭代插补并确定迭代终止条件;以标准均方根误差最小确定了随机森林中决策树的数量和分裂节点随机抽取变量数的最优组合.对公路隧道运营缺失数据集插补结果表明:本方法插补精度高、鲁棒性好,与KNN、SVD、MICE和PPCA等插补方法相比,标准均方根误差降低25%以上;利用并行运算大幅度提高了插补效率,弥补了插补速度慢的缺陷,保证了插补的有效性和时效性.

高温下岩石渗透率变化的探究被引量:1

通过研究渗透率随温度的变化情况,分析了非常温下渗透率随温度的变化特征及其影响机制,得到了如下结论:(1)在达到一定的温度门槛值之后,岩石的渗透率发生突变并急剧增加,并且这种突变具有普遍性;(2)岩石渗透率与温度的变化关系可以用指数函数表示。

砂岩地层渗流过程非饱和厚度变化的地电测试被引量:5

通过砂岩地层渗透过程中不同部位的地电场响应特点试验,获得了砂岩断面渗水过程中地电场参数瞬时响应规律。注水渗透过程中,模型各电极测试点位置的自然电位均呈现为升高的趋势,并且砂层非饱和厚度与自然电位值之间体现出很好线性相关关系。在水位上升至测点位置后,激励电流出现阶跃突变,之后呈现为一个相对平稳的数值。利用渗流过程中不同位置自然电位和激励电流的变化特征,可判定砂层中水的渗流方向、渗流速度和渗漏点位置。

深部巷道底板岩体渗透性高压压水试验研究被引量:19

岩体渗透性是反映岩体水力学特征的重要参数,为探究深部岩体的渗透性,采用钻孔高压压水试验手段,对东滩煤矿深部巷道底板四段岩体进行了现场原位压水试验,获得了大量实测数据。试验和数据分析结果表明:岩体在压水过程中经历了"隔水–导渗–稳渗"的过程,随着压水的进行,岩体的渗透性不断增强。东滩煤矿深部底板的厚层泥岩具有低阻弱渗的特点,厚层砂岩和互层具有高阻弱渗的特点,四段岩体原始状态下渗透性均较差。注水压力与流量关系曲线具有很好的指数关系,除厚层砂岩外,厚层泥岩和互层的注水压力–流量关系具有明显的分段性。岩体等效裂隙宽度随着注水压力的增大具有较好的指数关系且具有明显的分段性,即可分为突变点前的稳定阶段和突变点后的突增阶段。可通过裂隙宽度变化量?b是否大于0来判断岩体内是否发生明显渗流。研究结果有助于加强对深部岩体在水压作用渗透性变化的认识,为深部煤层的安全开采提供重要的参考依据。

Size effect of sandstone after high temperature under uniaxial compression被引量:2

Uniaxial compression tests on sandstone samples with five different sizes after high temperature processes were performed in order to investigate the size effect and its evolution. The test results show that the density, longitudinal wave velocity, peak strength, average modulus and secant modulus of sandstone decrease with the increase of temperature, however, peak strain increases gradually. With the increase of ratio of height to diameter, peak strength of sandstone decreases, which has an obvious size effect. A new theoretical model of size effect of sandstone material considering the influence of temperature is put forward, and with the increase of temperature, the size effect is more apparent. The threshold decreases gradually with the increase of temperature, and the deviations of the experimental values and the theoretical values are between 0.44% and 6.06%, which shows quite a credibility of the theoretical model.

海底隧道流固耦合相似模拟试验被引量:11

研制以石蜡为胶结剂的憎水型流耦合相似材料,制作由高强PVC板和型钢组成的试验架,开发光纤监测系统和渗流量计量器,在此基础上以青岛胶州湾隧道为工程背景开展流固耦合相似材料试验。根据海水深度、开挖面积和覆盖层厚度等条件的不同,进行20种工况的试验,记录涌水量和9个关键点的位移、应力及渗透压力等多元信息。研究结果表明:拱顶以上约15 m岩层内开挖卸载效应明显,在施工中应注意加强支护和监控量测;海底段施工时宜采取有效的注浆加固措施;选择水深较小的线路有利于保证隧道的渗透稳定性;设计者应尽量增加隧道空间利用率,减小开挖面积。

Cable-truss supporting system for gob-side entry driving in deep mine and its application被引量:3

In order to solve the large deformation controlling problem for surrounding rock of gob-side entry driving under common cable anchor support in deep mine, site survey, physical modeling experiment, numerical simulation and field measurement were synthetically used to analyze the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock. Besides, applicability analysis, prestress field distribution characteristics of surrounding rock and the control effect on large deformation of surrounding rock were also further studied for the gob-side entry driving in deep mine using the cable-truss supporting system. The results show that, first, compared with no support and traditional bolt anchor support, roof cable-truss system can effectively restrain the initiation and propagation of tensile cracks in the roof surrounding rock and arc shear cracks in the two sides, moreover, the broken development of surrounding rock, roof separation and extrusion deformation between the two sides of the roadway are all controlled; second, a prestressed belt of trapezoidal shape is generated in the surrounding rock by the cable-truss supporting system, and the prestress field range is wide. Especially, the prestress concentration belt in the shallow surrounding rock can greatly improve the anchoring strength and deformation resisting capability of the rock stratum;third, an optimized support system of ‘‘roof and side anchor net beam, roof cable-truss supporting system and anchor cable of the narrow coal pillar" was put forward, and the support optimization design and field industrial test were conducted for the gob-side entry driving of the working face 5302 in Tangkou Mine, from which a good supporting effect was obtained.
