KMnO_4缓释剂的释放性能及其在垃圾渗滤液处理中的应用被引量:4

为延长KMnO4在地下水原位修复中的作用时间,通过改变KMnO4与石蜡的分散方式以及KMnO4与石蜡的质量比(P/W),对KMnO4缓释剂的制备过程进行了优化。采用超声与搅拌联用(搅拌速度150 r/min)的分散方式更有利于KMnO4的均匀分布,随着P/W的升高,KMnO4负载量逐渐增大而绝对回收率逐渐减小。静态实验分别研究了缓释剂在8℃、不同pH与DO浓度下的释放性能。结果表明,在8℃环境下,缓释剂仍具有释放性能;缓释剂受pH影响较大而受DO浓度影响较小。利用缓释剂降解垃圾渗滤液中的COD以及对沉淀物进行定量分析。结果表明,缓释剂对COD去除率可高达57.1%,而沉淀量最少仅为投加纯KMnO4的8.5%。

基于Er^(3+)∶YAlO_3/TiO_2的可见光催化降解室内甲醛被引量:5

为使TiO2能够在可见光下发挥其于紫外激发的高光催化活性降解室内甲醛,采用水热处理法将TiO2与掺杂稀土离子Er3+的上转换发光剂Er3+∶YAlO3结合,制备具有可见光响应的Er3+∶YAlO3/TiO2光催化剂,并对其进行了表征分析。结果表明,TiO2以锐钛矿为主,且Er3+∶YAlO3可有效地将可见光上转换至可激发TiO2的紫外光。在箱式反应器中进行光催化降解气态甲醛,研究了甲醛初始浓度与催化剂用量对甲醛降解效率的影响。结果表明,该光催化反应的假一级反应速率常数(kapp)与甲醛初始浓度成正相关,而随催化剂用量的增加先升高后降低。当甲醛初始浓度为0.058 mg/m3、催化剂用量为0.122 4 g/L时,kapp最大为3.65×10-3min-1。该反应符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood模型,反应速率常数为5×10-8mg/(L·min)。

Preparation of spherical activated carbon-supported and Er^(3+):YAlO_3-doped TiO_2 photocatalyst for methyl orange degradation under visible light被引量:4

In order to develop the high photocatalytic activity of TiO2 under visible light as that under ultraviolet light and make it easy to be separated from treated liquor, a visible light response and spherical activated carbon (SAC) supported photocatalyst doped with upconversion luminescence agent Er3+:YAlO3 was prepared by immobilizing Er3+:YAlO3/TiO2, which was obtained by combination of Er3+:YAlO3 and TiO2 using sol-gel method, on the surface of SAC. The crystal phase composition, surface structure and element distribution, and light absorption of the new photocatalysts were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray spectra (EDS) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence spectra analysis (FSA). The photocatalytic oxidation activity of the photocatalysts was also evaluated by the photodegradation of methyl orange (MO) in aqueous solution under visible light irradiation from a LED lamp (λ400 nm). The results showed that Er3+:YAlO3 could perform as the upconversion luminescence agent which converts the visible light up to ultraviolet light. The Er3+:YAlO3/TiO2 calcinated at 700 °C revealed the highest photocatalytic activity. The apparent reaction rate constant could reach 0.0197 min-1 under visible light irradiation.

基于响应面的可见光催化材料制备与优化被引量:6

为使TiO2能在可见光作用下发挥光催化作用,并易于从水中分离,将掺有稀土金属离子Er3+的上转换发光剂Er3+:YAlO3与TiO2采用溶胶-凝胶法结合,再将其负载于聚氨酯海绵(PS)载体表面,制备Er3+:YAlO3/TiO2-PS光催化剂。利用响应面(RSM)方法对光催化材料制备条件进行优化,根据中心组合设计方法设计出3因素5水平析因实验,以光催化剂对苯酚的降解率作为响应值,得到最佳的催化剂制备条件:在水热处理温度110~114℃、光催化剂中TiO2质量浓度60~65mg/L、海绵/溶胶负载比20g/L时苯酚降解率最佳,与实测结果相符。

Optimization of multi-stage velocity gradients in a cylindrical fluidized bed flocculator被引量:1

Flocculation time is conventionally believed to be proportional to the fiocculation effciency of a cylindrical fluidized bed flocculator. However, in a single-stage velocity gradient situation, the flocculation efficiency decreases when the optimal flocculation time is exceeded. A multi-stage velocity gradient was established in a cylindrical fluidized bed flocculator, based on the hydraulic classification theory. This multi-stage velocity gradient fluidized bed flocculator (MGF) created a more suitable environment for floc growth and protection, which was confirmed by the size distribution of flocs along the bed height. Correspondingly, the abatement efficiencies for Kaolin slurry and dyed wastewater treatment in the MGF were enhanced by 5-10%, and by 7-20%, respectively, compared with those in the single-stage velocity gradient fluidized bed flocculators (SGFs). The initial bed height distribution ratio along the velocity gradients was an important factor for MGF optimization.

Anti-shock loading capability of a fluidized-bed flocculator被引量:3

The efficiency of a fluidized-bed flocculator with 800-um particles of 1360 kg/m3 in density was studied, and the anti-shock capability of the unit was estimated for three kinds of industrial wastewater: heavy turbidity wastewater, dispersed dyeing wastewater and starch wastewater. Steady removal efficiency was contributed by the following characteristics of the flocculator: (1) the dynamic conditions, flocculation time and velocity gradient, which were stabilized at a steady level as the loading rate changed; (2) hydrodynamic characteristics, especially the considerable rise of expanded bed height with increasing superficial velocity when small and light particles were employed as the solid phase; (3) flocs growth characteristics in the fluidized bed, which caused the density and size of the flocs being maintained at a compensational relationship, resulted the stabilized settling velocity of the flocs.
