Strengthening Mechanisms for Ti-and Nb-Ti-micro-alloyed High-strength Steels被引量:3

The strengthening mechanisms of hot-rolled steels micro-alloyed with Ti(ST-TQ500)and Nb-Ti(NTTQ500)were investigated by examining the microstructures of steels using optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results revealed almost no differences in the solute solution strengthening and fine-grained strengthening of the two steels,whereas the contributions of precipitation strengthening and dislocation strengthening were different for ST-TQ500 and NT-TQ500.The measured precipitation strengthening effect of ST-TQ500 was 88 MPa higher than that of NT-TQ500;this difference was primarily attributed to the stronger precipitation effect of the Ti-containing nanoscale particles.The dislocation strengthening effect of ST-TQ500 was approximately 80 MPa lower than that of NT-TQ500.This is thought to be related to differences in deformation behavior during the finishing rolling stage;the inhibition of dynamic recrystallization from Nb in NT-TQ500(Nb-Ti)may lead to higher density of dislocations in the microstructure.

绿色缓蚀剂SDDTC对AZ31B镁合金的缓蚀作用及吸附行为被引量:6

采用极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱、红外光谱及扫描电镜等方法研究了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(SDDTC)对AZ31B镁合金在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的缓蚀作用及吸附行为。结果表明,SDDTC能有效抑制AZ31B镁合金在NaCl介质中的腐蚀,属阴极抑制为主的混合型缓蚀剂。当SDDTC浓度为5 mmol·L^(-1)时,缓蚀效果最好。SDDTC在AZ31B镁合金表面发生物理吸附,符合Langmuir吸附模型。吸附在表面的SDDTC形成较为致密的保护膜,有效抑制了AZ31B镁合金的腐蚀。

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of TWIP Steel Joints被引量:6

As a new type of high manganese steel,the twinning induced plasticity(TWIP)steels have attracted a growing interest in the automotive industry due to their good performance.Thin plates of TWIP steel were welded by laser beam welding(LBW)and gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW).The microstructure result shows that GTAW joint has obvious heat-affected zone(HAZ),while the HAZ of LBW joint is almost invisible.The X-ray diffraction result shows that the phase compositions of both joints are austenitic and no phase transition occurs.Energy dispersive spectrometry result shows that there is violent evaporation of Mn element in LBW joint,while the proportion of Mn element in GTAW joint is almost unchanged.Tensile tests and micro-hardness measurements were performed to take into account the mechanical properties of joints manufactured by the two different processes.The micro-hardness profiles of both joints present a typical saddle distribution,and the hardness of GTAW seam is lower than that of LBW seam.The failure positions of LBW joints are all located in base metal while the GTAW joints are all at the weld toe due to the softening of HAZ.By means of scanning electron microscopy,a typical ductile fracture is observed in LBW joint,while a brittle fracture with quasi-cleavage fracture characteristic is observed in GTAW joint.

铁素体不锈钢激光熔覆层组织和性能研究被引量:15

采用无碳合金粉末和低碳合金粉末对铁素体不锈钢进行激光表面熔覆处理,借助光学显微镜(Optical microscope,OM)、扫描电子显微镜(Scanning electron microscopy,SEM)、能谱分析仪(Energy dispersive spectrometry,EDS)、X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometry,XRD)、显微硬度仪、摩擦磨损试验仪、电化学工作站对熔覆层显微组织、化学成分、硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性进行评价。结果表明,两种激光熔覆层均无裂纹、气孔等宏观缺陷,显微组织主要由等轴晶、包状晶、树枝晶和枝间共晶组成。无碳熔覆层与低碳熔覆层均含有α-Fe、Fe-Cr合金相、Cr单质相以及Cr_(9.1)Si_(0.9)、Fe_(9.7)Mo_(0.3)、Fe_(10.8)Ni、Fe_(19)Mn等金属间化合物。此外,低碳熔覆层还产生了间隙化合物Cr_7C_3以及马氏体相C_(0.055)Fe_(1.945)。低碳熔覆层硬度为750 HV0.5,显著高于母材硬度250 HV0.5;无碳熔覆层硬度为650 HV0.5,其热影响区发生软化。激光熔覆层相对于母材具有更为稳定的摩擦特性以及优异的耐磨性和耐蚀性,其中低碳熔覆层耐磨性和耐蚀性均优于无碳熔覆层。

Evaluation on Fatigue Performance and Fracture Mechanism of Laser Welded TWIP Steel Joint Based on Evolution of Microstructure and Micromechanical Properties被引量:3

The fatigue performance and fracture mechanism of laser welded twinning induced plasticity(TWIP)steel joint were investigated experimentally based on the evolution of microstructure and micromechanical properties.The optical microscopy was used to analyze the evolution of microstructure.The variation of composition and phase structure of fusion zone were detected by energy dispersive X-ray and X-ray diffraction spectrometers.The micromechanical behaviors of the various zones were characterized using nanoindentation.The static tensile test and high cycle fatigue test were performed to evaluate the mechanical properties of welded joint and base metal.The microstructures,tensile properties and fatigue strength of base metal as well as welded metal were analyzed.The fatigue fracture surfaces of base metal and welded joint were observed by means of scanning electron microscopy,in order to identify fatigue crack initiation sites and propagation mechanisms.Moreover,the fatigue fracture characteristics and mechanisms for the laser welded TWIP steel joints were analyzed.

316LN钢中厚板表面裂纹成因分析被引量:1

针对生产中316LN钢出现的表面裂纹,采用宏观检验、微观检验及化学成分分析等手段对316LN钢中厚板表面裂纹产生的原因进行分析。结果表明:裂纹的形成可能是轧制前铸坯表面存在的凸起导致的。利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件模拟轧板表面凸起在轧制后压入轧板表面的情况。结果表明:表面裂纹的形成是由于轧制前铸坯上凸起区域的表面除鳞不完全,Fe、Cr等复合氧化物没有被完全除去,在轧辊和铸坯较大的摩擦力作用下,凸起区域被翻转、压延进入基体,裸露在铸坯表面的氧化物脱落,嵌入内部的氧化物由于硬度高、脆性大,与基体不易结合,在进一步轧制过程中无法焊合。

基于Cu表面原位制备高熵合金涂层的研究被引量:1

利用机械合金化法在纯Cu表面原位制备NiCoFeCuCr高熵合金涂层,采用XRD、SEM和EDS对涂层的物相、显微组织及成分进行分析,研究球磨时间对涂层组织结构的影响,并分析了涂层的形成机理。结果表明:适当延长球磨时间有利于提高涂层的厚度和致密度,当球磨时间达到5h时,涂层最为致密,厚度约为40μm,且此时涂层与基体之间发生扩散而形成冶金结合。涂层的形成主要经历了合金粉末的镶嵌、冷焊、扩散和涂层的加工硬化4个阶段。

The effect of the rare earth element Er on the microstructures and properties of Mg-Al intermetallic were studied in this experiment. Metallographic and X-ray diffraction(XRD) results showed that the microstructures of Mg-Al-Er alloys varied with Er content. The Mg-44Al-0.5Er and Mg-43.8Al-1.0Er alloys were both composed of Mg17Al12 matrix and Al3 Er phase, whereas Mg-43Al-3.0Er and Mg-42Al-5.0Er were composed of Mg17Al12 matrix, Al3 Er phase, and Mg-Mg17Al12 eutectic. The Mg-42Al-5.0Er alloy showed the highest microhardness, and the values remained nearly stable as Er content increased from 1.0 wt.% to 5.0 wt.%. The dispersed second phase Al3 Er caused the grain refinement of the Mg-Al-Er alloy, which was the main reason for the improvement in microhardness. The corrosion resistance of the Er-containing alloys initially increased and then decreased with increasing Er content. All the Er-containing alloys had the ability to suppress hydrogen evolution, which was the main reason for the higher corrosion resistance of the modified alloys than that of the Mg-44.3Al alloy. Considering the higher hardness and dispersity of the Al3 Er phase, Mg-43.8Al-1.0Er exhibited higher wear resistance than the as-cast Mg-44.3Al alloy.

Influence of Surface Nanocrystallization on Ti Ion Implantation of Pure Iron被引量:2

In order to increase the depth or concentration of Ti ion implantation of pure iron, the surface mechanical attrition treatment(SMAT), which can fabricate a nanometer-grained surface layer without porosity and contamination in a pure iron plate, was used before ion implantation. Ti ion was implanted into the SMA treated sample and coarse-grained counterpart by using a metal vapor vacuum arc source implanter. The changing of depth and concentration of Ti was studied in a function of implantation time.By optical microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction, the grain size of the nano structured surface was studied. Micro-hardness, friction and wear behavior of nano surface layers were studied. By energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and Auger electron spectroscopy, the chemical composition and concentration of Ti ion in the surface implantation layer were studied. Experimental results showed that the concentration of Ti increased dramatically compared with untreated coarsegrained samples, which is attributed to the existence of higher density of defects(supersaturated vacancies, dislocations, non-equilibrium grain boundaries etc.) and compression stress field in the SMA treated nanocrystallined surface layer. The interaction between the defects and the implanted solute atoms leads to the increment of solid solubility. But the implantation depth showed inconspicuous change. It is shown that the ion range is just relevant to the energy and mass of the ion, dose of injection,the mass and density of target material.
