Simulation of the neck growth of non-isometric biosphere during initial sintering被引量:1

Because powders are mostly non-isometric during the sintering process,copper pow-ders were chosen to study the effects of four material transport mechanisms,including surface diffusion,grain-boundary diffusion,volume diffusion,and multi-couplings.These material transport mechanisms were studied with respect to sintering neck growth of a non-isometric biosphere during initial sintering.The evolution of the neck growth in the four transport mechanisms was simulated by Visual C++ as well based on the model of di?erent particles.The results show that the increase of the sintering temperature,both the grain-boundary diffusion and volume diffusion play primary roles in neck growth,while surface diffusion gradually becomes the secondary mechanism.Both the sintered neck and the shrinkage of the two centers increase with increasing temperature by means of the coupling diffusion mechanism.The radius of the sintering neck decreased,and the shrinkage rate of the two centers increased with an increase of the diameter ratio of the two spheres.

采用液-固掺杂工艺将La(NO3)3与WO3混合,经干燥、La(NO3)3裂解和WO3还原等工艺制备含有La2O3的稀土W粉,采用粉末冶金-熔渗法制备含有La2O3的CuW电触头;研究了保温时间对La(NO3)3裂解的影响以及La2O3对CuW电触头性能的影响.结果表明:用液-固混料法制备的稀土W粉,La2O3分布均匀,粉末粒度较细;La(NO3)3裂解粉末的颗粒随着保温时间的延长而长大;掺杂La2O3的CuW触头耐电弧烧蚀性能有显著的提高.

Relationship between powder characteristic and internal oxidation of Al in Cu-Al pre-alloyed powders

Since Cu-Al powder characteristics have important effects on the preparation of Cu/Al2O3 composite, the apparent activation energy of Al internal oxidation reac- tion in Cu-Al pre-alloyed powders with different characteristics was calculated in the present investigation. The microstructure and properties of the synthesized Cu/Al2O3 were studied. The results show that high-energy milling can obviously promote in- ternal oxidation of Al in Cu-Al powders in the same solid solubility. At the same milling conditions and internal oxidation parameters, the solid solution of Al in Cu either in low or high amount will result in the poor microstructure and properties of the Cu/Al2O3 composite. Subsequently, when high-energy milling and internal oxidation are synchronously used to prepare the Cu/Al2O3 composite, there should be an appropriate solubility and milling effect for the pre-alloyed powders.

稀土Ce对Cr_2O_3/Cu复合材料组织和性能的影响被引量:6

采用Cu-Cr-Ce预合金粉末进行内氧化反应研究Ce对Cr2O3/Cu复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在预合金粉中添加适量的Ce,可提高Cr2O3/Cu复合材料的性能,同时明显改善复合材料中Cr2O3在基体中的分布和细化Cr2O3的颗粒,提高Cr2O3/Cu复合材料中Cr2O3的生成率,促进Cr的内氧化。本实验条件下,Ce的最佳添加量为0.1%(质量分数,下同)。
