Phosphorus budget of redeye mullet (Liza haematocheila T. & S.) under graded feeding levels

Experiment on phosphorus budget of redeye mullet (Liza haematocheila T. & S.) was con- ducted at water temperature 21℃ and salinity 33. The results showed that the growth phosphorus (phosphorus that allocated into growth, GP) increased from –30.84% to 15.83% by feeding on graded amount of diets (starvation, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% body weight and satiation). The GP linearly increased with feeding levels (FL) as GP (mg) =–0.785 + 0.604 FL, and at satiation the relationship between GP and body weight (BW) was GP (mg) = 1.5991 BW 0.768 5. In the budget, IP (intake phosphorus) = GP + FP (faecal phosphorus) + EP (excretion phosphorus). FP showed an irregular tendency with different feeding levels, and EP decreased with increasing feeding levels but rebound at satiation. The P budget at satiation was 100IP = 15.84 GP + 64.62 FP + 19.55 EP.

两种饵料条件下(鱼夋)的碳收支研究被引量:2

根据对(鱼夋)(Liza haematocheila)进行21 d的室内模拟实验所得数据,分析了两种饵料条件(饵料1:高营养价饵料;饵料2:低营养价饵料)饲育下(鱼夋)的碳循环过程。结果表明:(鱼夋)摄食高营养价饵料后的碳消化率显著低于摄食低营养价饵料。摄入碳量受饵料种类影响,与饵料营养价值成反比。碳摄入量中用于生长的部分(以比例衡量)不受饵料种类影响,通过非粪便途径流失量远远高于粪便途径,约为后者的8~10倍。转运碳(y)与体质量(x)之间成线性关系为:y=723.13x-62.124(饵料1)与y=718.99x+832.32(饵料2)。(鱼夋)的碳收支方程式为100摄入碳=13.03生长碳+13.08粪便碳+73.89非粪便流失碳(饵料1)和100摄入碳=12.70生长碳+8.18粪便碳+79.12非粪便流失碳(饵料2)。

不同摄食水平条件下鮻的碳收支研究被引量:8

在水温20℃和盐度30的条件下研究摄食水平对碳收支的影响。摄食水平分为饥饿(不投喂)、1、2、3、4(指日摄食量占鱼体重百分比)和自由摄食共6组,实验持续21 d。结果表明:摄食水平对碳消化率没有影响。碳转化率、净生长率与摄食水平之间呈显著正相关关系,在自由摄食状态下分别达到9.29%和10.41%。非粪便流失碳随摄食水平增加而显著降低。粪便碳占摄入碳比例变化不大,与摄食水平间无规律性关系。在自由摄食状态下,大部分摄入碳量均通过非粪便途径流失,其中大部分是呼吸过程消耗的。余下的部分中,粪便流失量和鱼体保存量各占一半。鱼体每增长1 g体重伴有979.56 mg碳流失。在自由摄食状态下碳收支方程式为:100摄入碳=9.29生长碳+9.69粪便碳+79.94非粪便流失碳。

鮻作为清洁者在养殖系统中理论混养量的计算方法被引量:2

通过量化计算鱼类鮻在养殖生态系统中鮻总氮清洁能力,利用数学叠代和逼近法构建量化鮻动态清洁能力的模型,精确计算鮻混养量理论值。运算结果表明:初始放养量为1 kg的鮻在水温21℃、90 d的养殖周期中清除有机颗粒氮469.60 g,自身作为养殖附加产品产出量为1542.01 g。

腐屑食性鱼类———梭鱼 ,摄食环境中的有机碎屑 ,在养殖生产中 ,可作为环境清洁者。梭鱼对环境中有机氮的摄入能力随体重的增加而增加 ;随温度的升高 ,体重系数显著减少。得出了梭鱼摄入氮CN(mg/d)与体重W (g)和温度T(℃ )的数值关系模型 ,量化了其对养殖环境的清洁能力。体重为 10 0 g的梭鱼每日可清除环境中 332mgN颗粒态有机质。

Effects of diet and body size on phosphorus utilization of Liza haematocheila T. & S.

A 21-d laboratory experiment was conducted to study, the phosphorus (P) utilization of two different diets by redlip mullet Liza haematocheila T. & S. Sand-filtered water in salinity 30 and temperatare 25℃ was used. Twenty-nine fish individuals were divided into three groups: 11 to group 1 (G1) fed on diet 1, 11 to group 2 (G2) fed on diet 2, and 7 to contrast group. Diet 1 was a commercial feed, more valuable in nutrition than diet 2 that similar to natural detritus. The results show the intake phosphorus (IP) of G1 was significantly higher than that of G2, and both increased linearly with body size at a certain amount of diet. The retention phosphorus (RP) in fish of G1 was lower than G2. The relationship between retention phosphorus and body size was positive and stronger in G2. Significant difference in faecal phosphorus (FP) was found between G1 and G2. Body size significantly impacted the excretion phosphorus (EP) in G1 but G2. The loss of intake phosphorus in G1 was 10.83-20.27 mg per g fish weight gain, higher than that in G2 for 6.63-9.56. Of the phosphorus, about 10% was allocated into growth, 50% in faeces, and the rest lost in excretion. The main part of phosphorus was lost in faeces but excretion. The phosphorus budget of the fish could be described as 100IP = 7.40RP + 47.39FP + 36.63EP (Diet 1) or 100IP = 11.93RP + 56.64FP + 21.76EP (Diet 2).
