铜镍氧硫混合矿焙烧-浸出过程铜、镍、铁的转化被引量:4

随着硫化镍矿资源的日趋枯竭,铜镍氧硫混合矿的利用将会愈发受到关注。通过对原矿进行差热-热重、XRD以及热力学分析,揭示焙烧过程矿石矿相的转变历程,研究铜镍氧硫混合矿焙烧过程中矿物粒度、焙烧温度和焙烧时间对铜、镍、铁转化的影响,探索浸出过程中溶剂、液固比、浸出温度及浸出时间对铜、镍、铁浸出的影响。结果表明:矿物粒度为74~80μm、焙烧温度为600℃、焙烧时间为2 h、选择水作为浸出溶剂、浸出温度为60℃、液固比为6:1、浸出时间2 h时,镍和铜的浸出率达到最高分别为46.25%和96.27%,铁的浸出率低于1%。

酸浸浓度对高钛酸浸渣光催化活性的影响被引量:3

以低浓度硫酸、高钛渣为原料,采用高能球磨复合水热法,在不同酸浸浓度下合成高钛酸浸渣(ALHTS)光催化剂。利用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、氮气吸附-脱附等温线、差热-热重(TG-DTA)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(DRS)和光致发光谱(PL)分析等对ALHTS催化剂的结构和性能进行分析和表征。在不同酸浸浓度下,通过甲基橙的脱色率来评价ALHTS催化剂的光催化活性。结果表明:当酸浸浓度为20%时,由于钙钛矿含量较高,ALHTS催化剂的硫酸钙含量较低,BET的比表面积最大,在紫外-可见区域的光吸收能力最大,电子-空穴对具有较低的再复合率。因此,ALHTS催化剂有较高的光催化活性。采用汞灯光照30 min,不调pH时甲基橙废水脱色率达到87.03%。

红土镍矿硫酸焙烧-浸出溶液中铁、镍回收的研究被引量:4

以红土镍矿硫酸焙烧-浸出所得浸出液为原料,利用氨水调节溶液的pH值,进行铁、镍的分离与回收研究。通过探索温度、pH值对浸出液中铁、镍、镁离子沉淀的影响,得出沉淀铁离子的适宜条件为:温度30℃,pH=4.0,铁的沉淀率可达到99%以上,镍、镁沉淀率小于4%;沉淀镍离子的适宜条件为:温度60℃,pH=7.0,镍的沉淀率可达到95.5%以上,镁沉淀率低于10%。本研究所提出的分步水解法分离、回收有价金属的工艺将为红土镍矿硫酸法浸出液的综合利用提供技术指导。

Preparation, formation mechanism and mechanical properties of multilayered TiO_2-organic nanocomposite film被引量:2

Ti O2-organic multilayered nanocomposite films were deposited on a self-assembled monolayer-coated silicon substrate based on layer-by-layer technique and chemical bath deposition method by a hydrolysis of Ti Cl4 in an acid aqueous solution. The chemical compositions, surface morphologies and mechanical properties of the films were investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and nanoindentation depth-sensing technique, respectively. The results indicate that the major chemical compositions of the films are Ti and O. The principal mechanism for the nucleation and growth of the films is homogeneous nucleation, and the layer number of films has great influence on the surface morphology and roughness of the films. In addition, mechanical nanoindentation testing presents a significant increase in hardness and fracture toughness of titanium dioxide multilayered films compared with single-layer titanium dioxide thin film.

Fabrication of titanium oxide films at low temperature from aqueous solution被引量:1

Titanium oxide thin films were prepared on self-assembled monolayers-coated silicon substrate using layer-by-layer self-assembly method and chemical bath deposition from an aqueous solution. The effects of temperature on structural properties, thickness and morphologies of titanium oxide thin films were investigated. The results show that the absorption peak of peroxo complexes of titanium at 410 nm decreases gradually with increasing the temperature. The deposited films consisting of titanium oxide nanocrystals are believed to be fully amorphous by XRD. Titanium oxide thin films fabricated at 60 °C for 2 h are continuous, dense and homogeneous with a size in the range of 20-40 nm by SEM. The chemical compositions of deposited thin films were studied by EDS, and the mole ratio of O to Ti is 2.2:1.

Transformation and leaching kinetics of silicon from low-grade nickel laterite ore by pre-roasting and alkaline leaching process被引量:14

The mineralogical phase transformation of a low-grade nickel laterite ore during pre-roasting process and the extraction of silicon during alkaline leaching process were investigated.The results indicate that the reaction activity of nickel ores is effectively improved by pre-roasting at650°C for2h,because of the transformation of lizardite into magnesium olivine and protoenstatite.When finely ground ore samples(44-61μm)pre-roasted firstly react with sodium hydroxide solution(60g/L)with a solid/liquid ratio of1:5at140°C for120min,the extraction of silicon can reach89.89%,and the other valuable elements of magnesium,iron and nickel are accumulated in the solid residues.The leaching kinetics of nickel laterite ore can be described successfully by the diffusion through the product layer control model.The activation energy is calculated to be11.63kJ/mol and the kinetics equation can be expressed as1-3(1-x)2/3+2(1-x)=13.53×10-2exp[-11.63/(RT)]t.

红土镍矿酸浸废水中铁镁分离与回收利用被引量:8

以红土镍矿酸浸产生的废水为原料,采用氧化-中和水解法沉淀铁,氢氧化钙沉淀法沉镁制备无机填料,为红土镍矿酸浸废水中有价金属的回收利用提供依据。研究了沉铁过程中温度和反应终点pH值对沉铁率及镁损失率的影响,获得适宜的沉铁条件为:温度40℃、pH=4.0,此时沉铁率可达99.86%,镁损失率约为2%。同时研究了沉镁过程中反应时间、反应温度、搅拌速度、镁钙摩尔比对镁沉淀率和钙利用率的影响,结果表明:温度50℃、搅拌速度300 r/min、反应时间2 h、镁钙摩尔比1∶1.2时,沉镁率可达99.53%,钙利用率为96.46%。采用XRD和SEM分析了沉镁产物的组成和结构,表明其为[Mg(OH)_2-CaSO_4·2H_2O]混合物,可用作无机填料。
