网状结构对Fe_(72)Y_6B_(22)非晶合金晶化行为和软磁性能影响的研究

对Fe72Y6822非晶合金的晶化行为和软磁性能进行了研究.分子动力学模拟结果显示,合金熔体中的团簇结构主要为<0,3,6,0>型多面体;实验结果显示,在合金的退火样品中存在由冠状三棱柱组成的网状结构.这种网状结构可提高合金在过冷液相区的热稳定性,抑制合金的晶化,改变合金的晶化方式,促进纳米α-Fe晶粒的形成.适当的退火工艺可以提高Fe72Y6822非晶合金的软磁性能.合金饱和磁化强度和矫顽力的变化是由于晶化过程的不同阶段析出纳米晶oc-Fe相、顺磁性的YB12相和弱磁性的Fe3B相所致.

Effect of Compression on the Crystallization Behavior and Corrosion Resistance of Al_(86)Ni_9La_5 Amorphous Alloy被引量:1

The effect of compression on the crystallization behavior and corrosion resistance of Al(86)Ni9La5 amorphous ribbons was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning elec-tron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemistry test. The XRD and TEM results reveal that the compressed Al(86)Ni9La5 ribbons spun with the circumferential speed (R) of 29.3 m/s are in fully amorphous state; however, the compressed ribbons spun with R=14.7 m/s have crystalline phases embedded in the amorphous matrix. The SEM images indicate that after compression, the toughness of the ribbons increases. Electrochemical results show that the compression decreases the stability of the passive film of the Al(86)Ni9La5 amorphous ribbons, because of the compression-introduced free volume, shear bands and crystalline phases; meanwhile, with R=14.7 m/s, the compression-induced crystalline phases in the Al(86)Ni9La5 ribbons increase the corrosion potential.

Au_(52)Cu_(27)Ag_(17-x)(NiZn_(0.5))_x合金的热膨胀行为、显微硬度和电化学耐腐蚀性能(英文)

利用热膨胀仪(DIL)、显微硬度计、电化学工作站、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了Au_(52)Cu_(27)Ag_(17-x)(NiZn_(0.5))_x (x=0,6,12)合金的热膨胀行为、显微硬度和电化学耐腐蚀性。随着x的增加,在热膨胀实验测试中合金的相对长度膨胀量和DIL曲线极大值的温度T_(lm)(即热稳定性)增加,这可以归因于原子结合能、错配熵的变化以及相变。增加x,合金的显微硬度可以得到提高,但是耐腐蚀性下降;此外,极化曲线的阳极电流峰密度随着x的增加而下降,这些结果与固溶度以及Ag、Ni、Zn合金元素在含Cl-离子溶液中的溶解密切相关。

铸造真空度对铁基非晶热力学和腐蚀行为的影响(英文)被引量:2

采用X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热膨胀仪(DIL)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电化学工作站研究铸造气氛对Fe_(61)Co_7Zr_8Mo_5W_2B_(17)合金棒(直径为3 mm)的热力学和腐蚀特性的影响。研究发现,高的铸造真空度能够提高合金的非晶形成能力、加热时的收缩程度和点蚀抗性。这些性能的改善归因于高的铸造真空度能够提高钨在合金熔体中的溶解能力。

Crystallization of Al-based Amorphous Alloys in Good Conductivity Solution被引量:1

The corrosion-induced crystallization of Al94 exNixGd6(x=6 and 10, in at.%) metallic glasses as well as phase separation, oxidation and cracking in good conductivity solution has been investigated by various techniques.The transmission electronic microscopy(TEM) result reveals that crystalline intermetallics and oxides present on the electrochemically thinned hole edge, and the phase separation occurs in the matrix of the as-spun ribbons with the circumferential speed Rcof 29.3 m/s. In addition, the bending and cracking of the samples occur after corrosion. The influence of Ni content on the phase separation, bending and cracking can be explained by the fact that the percolation of the backbone clusters in the amorphous alloy melts and glasses is enhanced by increasing the composition of Ni.

Non-monotonic influence of a magnetic field on the electrochemical behavior of Fe_(78)Si_9B_(13) glassy alloy in NaOH and NaCl solutions

The corrosion behavior and microstructure of Fe78Si9B13 glassy alloy in NaOH and NaCl solutions under a 0.02-T magnetic field were investigated through electrochemical testing and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The current-density prepeak(PP) in the anodic polarization curves in low-concentration NaOH solutions(classified as type I) tends to disappear when the NaOH concentration is increased to 0.4 mol/L and the magnetic field is applied. Under the magnetic field, the height of the second current-density peak is increased in low-concentration NaOH solutions(type I) but decreased in high-concentration NaOH solutions(type II). The non-monotonic effect of the magnetic field was similarly observed in the case of polarization curves of samples measured in NaCl solutions. Ring-like corroded patterns and round pits are easily formed under the magnetic field in NaOH and NaCl solutions. These experimental results were discussed in terms of the magnetohydrodynamic(MHD) effect.

室温下,对非晶Fe78Si9B13条带进行压力处理,通过不同的实验手段检测其热性能和耐腐蚀性能。XRD和热膨胀数据显示经过压力处理后Fe78Si9B13条带仍保持非晶状态,并且其内部自由体积数量随着压力的增加而单调增加。在10MPa的压力条件下非晶条带在不同溶液中的耐腐蚀性能减弱,在20MPa的压力条件下耐蚀性能增强,这种非线性变化与电阻率变化结果一致。可以通过由于压力引入样品中而导致自由体积的数量和硅原子的偏析来解释这一非单调变化。

Crystallization and Corrosion Resistance of (Fe_(0.78)Si_(0.09)B_(0.13))100_(-x)Ni_x (x=0,2 and 5) Glassy Alloys被引量:4

The crystallization of the (Fe0.78Si_(0.09)B0.13)100-xNix glassy alloys (x=0, 2 and 5) has been investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). Corrosion resistance analyses have been carried out using electrochemical measurements and corrosion products have been analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results show that the addition of Ni can promote the nucleation of α-Fe, retard the decomposition of the metastable borides, and alter the crystallization mode of the present Fe-based glassy alloys. The lattice constant (a0Fe) of α-Fe in the annealed samples shows a decreasing trend with increasing annealing time. The Ni addition can improve the corrosion resistance of the as-quenched Fe-based glassy alloys in H2SO4, NaCl and NaOH solutions. The results indicate that Ni can promote the diffusion of Si atoms during quenching and annealing processes.
