不同秸秆生物反应堆对日光温室黄瓜生长环境及产量的影响被引量:9

【目的】对4种秸秆生物反应堆技术在日光温室黄瓜上的应用效果进行比较,筛选出最适合延安地区温室黄瓜种植的秸秆生物反应堆技术。【方法】选取延安地区最常用的行间内置式、行下内置式、外置式和外置式+行间内置式4种秸秆生物反应堆技术,分别测定其对日光温室内CO2体积分数、室内气温、地温及黄瓜农艺性状、产量和抗病性等指标的影响,以不用秸秆生物反应堆技术为对照,对其效果进行综合评价。【结果】与对照相比,4种秸秆生物反应堆技术均能增加温室内CO2体积分数,提高室温和地温,改善农艺性状,提高黄瓜产量。其中,外置式+行间内置式反应堆在提高温室内CO2体积分数(09:00和11:30)及黄瓜株高、茎粗、产量和缩短收获时间方面表现最为明显,温室内CO2体积分数分别较对照提高了160.0%(09:00)、170.8%(11:30),黄瓜株高、茎粗、产量分别提高了13.8cm,1.1mm和34.6%,收获时间缩短了6d;该技术在提高室温、黄瓜根部10cm地温及降低白粉病和霜霉病病情指数等方面也有较好表现,室温、黄瓜根部10cm地温分别较对照提高了1.9和2.9℃,白粉病和霜霉病病情指数分别降低1.4和1.7。【结论】在延安地区黄瓜日光温室栽培中,外置式+行间内置式秸秆生物反应堆技术综合表现最为突出,可以进行示范推广。

黄土旱塬区麦田土壤碳排放特征及其与休闲裸地的差异

利用Li-8100开路式土壤碳通量系统,于2014-03~2014-06研究了黄土旱塬区麦田(RT)土壤CO2排放特征及其与休闲裸地(ck)的差异。结果表明:(1)RT和ck等2个处理土壤CO2排放速率的日、季节变化趋势均呈单峰曲线;在小麦返青至拔节期土壤CO2排放速率日变化峰值出现在13∶00前后,而在开花至成熟期土壤CO2排放速率日变化峰值出现在11∶00前后;土壤CO2排放速率季节变化的最大值出现在小麦拔节中期,最小值出现在小麦灌浆后期;观测日麦田土壤CO2排放速率平均值为221 mg·(m^2·h)^-1,比休闲裸地的201 mg·(m^2·h)^-1约高出9.05%。(2)回归分析表明,土壤CO2排放速率与土壤水分和温度均成二次函数关系(P〈0.05)。随着土层深度的增加,相关性逐渐降低。在同一土层深度下,RT处理土壤CO2排放速率与土壤中水的质量分数和温度的相关性均高于ck处理。(3)相关分析表明,土壤CO2排放速率与土壤细菌数量和过氧化氢酶活性呈显著正相关关系(P〈0.05)。综合分析表明,黄土高原种植小麦能增加土壤碳排放,并且土壤中水的质量分数对土壤CO2排放速率的影响大于土壤温度对土壤CO2排放速率的影响,土壤细菌数量和过氧化氢酶活性能够显著影响土壤CO2排放速率。

【目的】针对当前秸秆生物反应堆菌种使用较为杂乱的问题,筛选适用于陕西关中地区温室黄瓜种植的秸秆生物反应堆的配套菌种。【方法】选取7种不同来源的菌种,测定不同菌种对日光温室土壤温度、黄瓜农艺性状、产量和抗病性等指标的影响,以不放置菌种为对照,对其效果进行综合评价。【结果】与对照相比,7个菌种均能提高温室土壤温度,促进黄瓜生长发育,提高黄瓜产量,降低黄瓜白粉病的发病率。其中经世明生物反应堆专用菌种001、秸秆生物降解专用菌种和来自西北农林科技大学植物保护学院的Z1处理后,土壤温度分别较对照提高3.3,3.1,2.4℃,黄瓜株高分别较对照增加26.8,22.2,25.0cm,单果质量分别较对照增加44.9,32.9,26.9g,白粉病病情指数分别较对照降低18.88,10.38,6.07,增产率分别为32.5%,27.1%,21.0%。【结论】在关中地区黄瓜日光温室栽培中,世明生物反应堆专用菌种001综合表现最为突出。

Seasonal and Annual Variations of CO_2 Fluxes in Rain-Fed Winter Wheat Agro-Ecosystem of Loess Plateau, China被引量:8

To accurately evaluate the carbon sequestration potential and better elucidate the relationship between the carbon cycle and regional climate change, using eddy covariance system, we conducted a long-term measurement of CO 2 fluxes in the rain-fed winter wheat field of the Chinese Loess Plateau. The results showed that the annual net ecosystem CO 2 exchange (NEE) was (-71.6±5.7) and (-65.3±5.3) g C m-2 y-1 for 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 crop years, respectively, suggesting that the agro-ecosystem was a carbon sink (117.4-126.2 g C m-2 yr-1). However, after considering the harvested grain, the agro- ecosystem turned into a moderate carbon source. The variations in NEE and ecosystem respiration (R eco ) were sensitive to changes in soil water content (SWC). When SWC ranged form 0.15 to 0.21 m3 m-3, we found a highly significant relationship between NEE and photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), and a highly significant relationship between R eco and soil temperature (T s ). However, the highly significant relationships were not observed when SWC was outside the range of 0.15-0.21 m3 m-3. Further, in spring, the R eco instantly responded to a rapid increase in SWC after effective rainfall events, which could induce 2 to 4-fold increase in daily R eco , whereas the R eco was also inhibited by heavy summer rainfall when soils were saturated. Accumulated R eco in summer fallow period decreased carbon fixed in growing season by 16- 25%, indicating that the period imposed negative impacts on annual carbon sequestration.

玉米苗期耐镉胁迫的基因型差异被引量:10

为了确定适宜的玉米耐镉(Cd)基因型筛选指标,采用营养液培养的方法系统评价12个不同基因型玉米苗期耐Cd胁迫的基因型差异。结果表明,Cd胁迫下不同基因型玉米生长及抗氧化系统的活性等指标存在显著的品种间差异。主成分分析表明,植物株高、地上部干物质质量、根部干物质质量、根叶比、叶片SPAD值、叶片POD、CAT活性及叶片MDA质量摩尔浓度的耐Cd指数在3个主成分中占较大比重。相关性分析表明,地上部干物质质量和叶片SPAD值的耐Cd指数除分别与叶中SOD活性和根叶比的耐Cd指数未达显著相关外,与其他指标耐Cd指数的相关性均达到显著或极显著水平;同时,不同玉米品种间地上部植株干物质质量和叶片SPAD值耐Cd指数的变异系数均大于15%。因此,植株地上部干质量和叶片SPAD值的耐Cd指数适合作为耐Cd基因型筛选的指标。12个品种通过聚类分析分为3类:Cd敏感型、中间型、Cd耐受型。

The Effect of Plastic-Covered Ridge and Furrow Planting on the Grain Filling and Hormonal Changes of Winter Wheat被引量:8

Although plastic-covered ridge and furrow planting(RF) has been reported to produce substantial increases in the grain weight of winter wheat,the underlying mechanism is not yet understood.The present study used two cultivars,Xinong 538 and Zhoumai 18,and RF and traditional flatten planting(TF,control) with the objective of investigating the effect of RF on wheat grain filling and the possible relationship of hormonal changes in the wheat grains under RF to grain filling.The results indicated that RF significantly increased the grain weight,although the effects on grain filling were different: RF significantly increased the grain-filling rate and grain weight of inferior grains,whereas RF had no significant effect on grainfilling rate and grain weight of superior grains.The final grain weight of inferior grains under RF was 39.1 and 50.7 mg for Xinong 538 and Zhoumai 18,respectively,3.6 and 3.4 mg higher than the values under TF.However,the final grain weight of superior grains under RF was only 0.6 and 0.8 mg higher than under TF for Xinong 538 and Zhoumai 18,respectively.RF significantly decreased the ethylene and gibberellic acid content in the inferior grains and increased the indole-3-acetic acid,abscisic acid and zeatin + zeatin riboside content in the inferior grains;however,no significant difference between RF and TF was observed for the hormonal content in the superior grains.Based on these results,we concluded that RF significantly modulated hormonal changes in the inferior grains and,thus,affected the grain filling and grain weight of the inferior grains;in contrast,RF had no significant effect on grain filling,grain weight and hormonal changes in the superior wheat grains.
