Preparation and Arc Erosion Resistance of C_f/Cu Composite by Vacuum Melting Infiltration被引量:3

Cf/Cu composite was prepared by vacuum melting infiltration. Tiand Cr were doped to the Cu alloy to improve the wettability between Cu and carbon. The microstructure was investigated by XRD, SEM and EDS. The arc erosion rate of Cf/Cu composite was investigated in vacuum. The results showed that the Tiand Cr could improve the wettability between Cu and C/C preform and the infiltration ability of Cu into C/C preform greatly. A TiC interface formed between the fibers and matrix. The good bonding between the fiber and matrix guaranteed that part of the Cu matrix can still be bonded on the fibers even when the material was exposed to the plasma. Consequently, the carbon fibers were protected from the erosion. In comparison, Cu was completely consumed by the arc erosion. Hence, the graphite was eroded and presented a caulifl ower-like morphology. Therefore, the prepared Cf/Cu had better ability to resist the arc erosion, compared with common Cu-C material.

2D-C/SiC基体开裂应力的预测

考虑基体和纤维的力学性能随温度的变化而改进已有的模型,预测二维编织碳纤维增强碳化硅复合材料(2D—C/SiC)在室温和高温下的基体开裂应力(σmc)。将预测值与试验值进行比较。结果表明:ACK(Aveston-Cooper-Kelly)模型和Evans公式不能很好地预测σmc随温度升高而变化的趋势。在考虑热残余应力对σmc的影响后,获得Budianskv公式和Mei公式修正的ACK模型和Evans公式,修正后的公式预测σmc的精度提高。在900℃-1300℃范围内,经Budianskv公式修正的ACK模型和Evans公式的预测值与试验值吻合较好。经Mei公式修正的Evans公式较理想地预测室温~1300℃之间的σmc。

Laser ablation behaviors of C/SiC composites in air被引量:1

Ablation behaviors of silicon carbide(SiC)coated 2Dcarbon fiber reinforced silicon carbide matrix(designated as 2DC/SiC)composites prepared by chemical vapor infiltration(CVI)were investigated by a continuous wave CO2 laser.The 2DC/SiC specimens were exposed under laser for 0.5sin ambient air,and the laser powers varied from 500Wto 1500W.A 3Dfinite element model was established to calculate the temperature distribution in the laser ablation process.The ablation depth,width and profile were measured by Laser Confocal Microscope(LCM).The results indicate that the increase of ablation depth follows a linear relation with the increase of laser power,and the increase of ablation width follows a similar trend with the increase of the isotherm diameter of 1712℃.The ablated surface can be distinguished into three different regions by scanning electron microscope(SEM)observation,including ablation center,transition zone and ablation fringe.The ablation behaviors of carbon fibers and SiC matrices in different regions were presented and discussed in the study.

Cu_(46)Zr_(47)Al_(17)非晶合金的结构弛豫和晶化动力学被引量:2

利用铜模铸造法制备了Cu46Zr47Al7非晶合金,使用盐浴法对该材料进行了等温退火处理。并用DSC和XRD研究了其晶化过程、玻璃转变和晶化动力学。结果表明:该合金的玻璃转变和晶化激活能分别为452、331 kJ/mol。根据VFT方程知:Al的加入能提高Cu-Zr非晶合金的非晶形成能力。在低于玻璃转变温度下热处理可导致结构弛豫。Cu46Zr47Al7非晶合金的晶化过程为首先析出准晶相,然后转变为稳定的Cu10Zr7和CuZr2,同时还有一些未知相。
