The callus of Oxalis triangularis A. St. Hil.can occur from both leaf and leafstalk by tissue culture, and then differentiate to young plants in the proper medium. The optimum medium for the inducing of callus and the differentiation of buds is MS+1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 NAA+30 g·L-1 sucrose+0.8% agar. The optimum medium for rooting is 1/2MS+0.2 mg·L-1 NAA+30 g·L-1 sucrose+0.8% agar. The survival rate of transplanting reaches above 95%.
